I’m cold on the whole unrustable thing myself, I fancied the armada sideways, cloud strife homage or otomo (Akira homage) but sadly none became widely available save for otomo which involved buying 2 other figures.

 

Well I have technically run out of space with plenty still to go, but there's the top of the booksgboo and the top of both Detolfs left... And I can probably squeeze a few more here and there.

One way to get rid of those MOSC DOTM TFS nobody wants - give them away as 5th birthday presents.

Stuck for a present for a party my son has been invited to so why not?

 

It's certainly something I would like, but my current financial situation means that it's not possible in the short term unless I get a lucky break with the Lottery or something.

If I can get back into full time work, which has always been my aim through all of this then it's more likely to happen.

But there's obviously some processes I need to go through first before that can happen and the voluntary work is the start of that.

I'm also going to be reaching out to the couple who we had our first 2 ferrets from and asking if they can help with any info about other qualifications I could look towards studying for in order to put myself in a position to work in some sort of animal based profession as they own a business that takes exotic animals to various events and lets the public interact and learn about them.

Yikes. I'm not normally one to care about hollow limbs but... damn, this looks nasty. And combined with a useless alt mode and no knees... this is not the Shockwave to win my heart.

 

Yeah that's not the direction I want to see figures going in. It would be disrespectful to KOs to say it looks like a KO.

And, yeah, there'll probably be a Shapeways fix for the knees but besides that back being cavernous what miffs me the most is that those wings seem deliberately designed to be too far apart to swing down as the grippable single handle that most everybody wants!

Also as I bask in owning my lubberly Lord Thunderwing I'm feeling increasingly annoyed that there wasn't an official version of him in TOTP as his whole background from G1 makes him the perfect villain for the line's gimmick.
Yeah, he lost the Leader class slot vote but make him the remould of Elita-1 instead of Screamer and you have the ideal Matrix-hunting antagonist that everyone can get their hands on, not just obsessive tweakers like myself finessing 'im out of multiple lines/releases and 3P gear!
