These Prime Masters are pretty good. I like them better than the Titan masters, the weapon modes are good, apart from Skullgrin's back scratcher mode.

Like you're tidying up some hedge cuttings and he's telling you over and over you look good in hats. You don't look good in hats but your rake is so damn convincing.

 

Yeah, Much like Cloudburst he coulda done with the G1 nod, only instead of homaging his G1 gun (if you must stick with melee) use his sword, and have it be at right angle in weapon mode to make a neat war scythe.
The thing is Bombburst/Megatronus and Landmine/Alpha Trion (and the Grand Max Waverider hint) show why that didn't happed, the reuse of the same weapons for the alternate shell remoulds.
All told I'd have preferred all of 'em being guns (ideally double barrelled for Bombburst/Skullgrin), especially after the reveal of Bludgeon's ribbed-for-pleasure...implement!
