well, having a child might not make you go grey, or bald. You could just end up developing high blood pressure like I did ;)  :lol

Any notices for Overlord from Kapow yet? I'd guess that's why I've no notice on Blitzy & Octoney Stark as yet.

Whilst I await a bigger invoice from them, my smaller Toyhax cave-in 'Oh, go on then' order turned up today, I've spruced just Broadside and one other fella before getting sticker fatigue, and even though in that time the light's gone I couldn't resist whisking the other to the bathroom for a #Sinkbot sesh!

Ma Boi! Ma BOI! MA BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!

I actually took these shots in reverse order to here but as I was composing this post I realised they had to be posted this way to see how many peeps I could cause to have an involuntary brain blast of Bond Brass blare! :p

Now THAT, Gentlemen, is Away, Get Away. License to Bastard!

And I wasn't even intending to use the bonnet stripes but in hand they were so lovely compared to the pathetic standard pinstripes.
    Consider me license to THRILLED!

The Wave 5 toys were, of course from the incomparable Orbital (best comic shop in the land!) and the sung'n'storied master of action, @mcluskyism who also pointed out this:

    The Spratmobile, to be sure...

    Screen Shot 2017-07-03 at 10.14.12 PM.png

...and thus are dashed our dreams.

Scorchfire wouldn't float either (probably) but the facepaint is nice to see return (sorry for crap focussing!)

    Aimless has it too!

Also it's hard to see when not in-hand, but:

So a bit of a mental one today, this afternoon I get a phone call from the wife, she's with her school's nurse, got huge stomach pains, needs to go to hospital, fearing the worst. I jump in an extremely overpriced uber to get to her, pick her car up and drive her into the hospital.

Women's hospital give her the once over, check vital things, and we're straight into the scan room.

    LO AND BEHOLD

Baby jamesy is doing well, massive heartbeat, swimming around happy as Larry.

I was preparing myself for seeing the babe on Wednesday for our scan, but this was the first I saw of the little squirt and I was totally hit with a billion emotions. It was uncomprehendable how much I was like WOW

Turned out baby had pushed on something and it was fair bit of trapped wind.

Better to be safe than sorry though!

This process is going to test me haha at least I have @kgorman79 to compare process with!

Seeing Misfire in the wild makes me wish I wasn't so bloody-minded about waiting for the Takara version

Amazing, but we never got to hear the Jim Davidson style punchlines. Sad

Men who are scared together, hold each other's virtual hands because we are just grinning idiots now who are dumbstruck with the sheer majesty of it all. You won't have a guidebook on this journey, but it's an amazing ride all the same. Nuff respec'

Fuck me man, you had me shitting myself for a second! Super relieved all is well x

And yeah, the moment I saw Lara for the first time was the single most overwhelming moment of the entire thing for me. Even more so than the birth itself, possibly as that came about 24 hours after the process began by which time I was so fucked ("Hang on, is he saying he was fucked when all he had to do was wait around while the other poor sod had to actually push a human out of her flange? My god what a MORON!") and thus in no state to exude any sort of emotional reaction.

Fucking class. The whole book is class. I pore over its pages. It's like, I dunno, being a kid again when you're at your happiest with your favourite thing beside you all night. That book has become my new 'thing'. It's a wonderful comfort and a strange one to have, I'll admit.

Christ, Jamesy, I was worried then. We had a similar experience where due to a concern we had a scan at 6 weeks - and at the time it looked like a dot on a screen, but the 12 week scan when they told us it was a boy I cheered and punched the air just once.

Similar for me - I'm sure some of you remember the 7 days of contractions, labour, c-section and everything else before he was finally removed from my wife's belly - by that point I was just glad to have him out of there!
