Crikey! The Grand Moff just dashes off Proper WHO episodes in his sleep at this point, a far better spin on the evils of Capitalism and algorithmic automation than Chibbers could even conceive of!

One Studio Exec Knows How To Save The Movies, And You're Going To Love It - SlashFilm

He's not wrong about the tickets, but the movies need to drastically improve too. Two and a half hours all because you shot way too much footage with your insane budget in the first place? And don't give me that shit about streaming somehow affecting movie costs, there were countless flops long before Netflix output in 2007!

There is such a thing as a guaranteed return if not a hit when you storyboard and budget it first - horror says hello.

Mattel have released this absolute doozy and it's so absurd that I need it just because. :p

Just watched godzilla x kong. I enjoyed it. Was fun. But godzilla needed to do something than just grind up his level for most of the runtime.

Also gone back to red dead redemption 2. I'm enjoying it a lot more than the first time I played it, I've adjusted to the funny targetting now compared to the old game. I don't think I'll do the whole thing in one sitting, but I'm enjoying it. Except the witness system. That's still some bullshit. Got the sheriff after me for sitting on my horse in town. I wasn't even touching the controller.

I'm told Godzilla Minus One is rather good so I'll be watching it, eventually. I just haven't got on with the big monster movies, not even Jackson's Kong.

Minus one is a fantastic movie! Made me care for the humans and godzilla himself is terrifying in it. Haven't seen that kong movie. To be honest, never really loved the big ape, I'm much more a fan of the nuclear lizard. Although I did feel bad for kong in the toho godzilla vs kong, he spent the entire movie getting roofied by humans and thrown at godzilla. He kept trying to run out of the movie and go home the entire time.

Yeah, more of a Godzilla fan myself.

I just remembered I never got around to Pacific Rim 2. Though I barely registered the first, so...

I absolutely adore Pacific Rim. The second one is a kids film, completely dumbed down.

Pacific rim 1 is awesome. Using a tanker ship as a baseball bat? We are cancelling the Apocalypse speech? The weight and presence of the kaiju and jeagers. Love it.

Pr2 not only lost all that goodness, but it retconned the plot of the first one to the point it makes no sense anymore. If you just want some flashy spectacle with no substance, the second is worth a watch, but if you are expecting something as cool as the first, not worth it.

INXS - that band never quite got the recognition it deserved.

Went on the usual charity shop hunt on Saturday and came up with a cracker of a find with these retro TMNT glasses:

I remember having a set of these as a kid. Donny may have been missing but you cannot complain for £2.50.

3 week old ferrets eating mashed up chicken,
    [IMG]

Their eyes haven't opened yet but their markings are becoming more defined and they're growing all the time. Not sure if a couple will definitely be my new ones or if I'll have to wait for another litter, it depends where I am on the breeder's waiting list but either way I hope they all have good lives.

Got a package due later with Turtles of Grayskull Ram Man in it which will displayed next to Mouse Jaw for now but I'm also looking at doing some part swapping with my spare regular Ram Man and making an alternate version of the character.

Also got safety orders of Terroar and Lord Gr'asp en route after Smyths got some stock for home delivery. If my orders with The Whole Shebang still come through I'm going to try some more part swapping to see what I can come up with.

Kinda looks like the emblem of Cthulu...do ferrets worship a particular dark entity? :p

Very possibly, it would go some way to explaining their taste for human flesh! :D
