Got shipping confirmation from Pulse on retro card Scarlett so that'll be a trip to the PO later this week as it was ordered on behalf of a friend in Oxfordshire.

Origins Sy-Klone could be here today as I got the "out for delivery" message from Evri and also have a blu-ray copy of "Casino" due shortly from Amazon.

    EDIT,
Arrived back from a walk where I got rained and hailed on in high winds to discover one of those winds had delivered Sy-Klone,

Another excellent Origins figure, 2 different looks with the optional 200x back piece, an action feature ( you pull the torso up so it clicks and then spin it manually ), some effect pieces, a lenticular chest detail plus the usual standard of packaging artwork and a mini comic which has Lord Gr'asp and Extendar amongst the cast.

It continues to rankle that the remaining characters from the vintage line are all Cretins Exclusives but at least they're still decent quality and that's a lesser evil for international customers than if they were all Wal-Mart or Target exclusives.

WOW! I never thought MOTU would do an 'Arrested Development' crossover line!

Redid the Billy bookcase which contains most of my Origins figures,

Rulers of the Sun will be moved elsewhere if I need the space for the other vintage characters or the Cartoon Collection continues beyond what's already known about.

After all the promotion ROTS got it ended up being another case of Mattel short termism because there's no sign of anything else in the rumour mill and it's left that sub line short on villains....Pig Head is great but he needs reinforcements!

Thanks everyone for your Ghostbusters thoughts, I can confirm wife & I escaped the teenagers for a few hours and saw Frozen Empire at the cinema. It was perfectly acceptable :)  Thought it did a decent job of keeping the old characters in play without having them dominate. Very much looking forward to catching up with Afterlife on the small screen.

    Very surprised to see
    James Acaster
as an actor! It worked well, though.

Don't rule it out, there's nothing they won't crossover with!

Glad you enjoyed it! Dune 2 and Frozen Empire are the only films I have seen at the cinema this year, I really enjoyed both. Hoping to watch Godzilla x Kong this week.

My second mead batch is on the go! It's probably a bit too late for TFN this year (last year I started in March) but you never know eh?

This time I am using 1.5kg of honey per 5L... my logic is last year I did a 900g and 1.2kg batch, and the 1.2kg batch was better. Therefore 1.5kg should be better right? Also I'm using 200g of Raspberries each (instead of an orange each) because I quite like raspberry ciders, so raspberry mead should also be better?

And yes, those are demijohn jackets to keep them warm...

    :lol

Because the Mattel Goofuses just had to run with a SNL sketch reference to amuse themselves and not the kids they made the toys for!

Lou Scheimer lost his shit with them when they wanted to call the Bashasaurus the 'ball buster'... mind you, I suppose you can't expect much from the people who almost brought you 'Sea Man' lol.
