So I figure I'm going to try and wipe out the 2010 era manga, now. I've already got most of the more interesting issues done, like #2 and #4, but there are still a few pockets in there that people might find slightly entertaining (a rather well-drawn Trypticon/Metroplex battle in #3 and a spotlight on the Omnibots in #5). Sadly, like all first installments of Transformers manga, this one is duller than dishwater. If you check out other first issues, like Victory and Galaxy Force, they really only serve to introduce the new leaders of each faction, have them fight and then call it a day. This one is no different. On the bright side, hey, Cyclonus has floppy bunny ears! Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 Page 4 Page 5 Page 6 Page 7 Page 8 Page 9
is Arcee helping or just giving a thumbs up? Maybe they should have gave her some pom poms to cheer them on.
The Japanese interpretation of Arcee is...backward, at best. I was impressed that they didn't include a panel of her making coffee or something.
I got really confused, until I realised I was reading it backwards. (i.e. left to right instead of right to left!)
Funny, I could've sworn I've seen this before... ...no wait, that one was the one that wasn't really translated, but more like just nice guesswork?
Yeah, The Transformer #1 and #2 (as well as others, though I can't remember which issues specifically) have been spoof-translated before. I dunno if the site that had them is still around or not. I haven't seen those in several years.
Man, what the hell were those guys smoking and where can I get some? Where the hell did those kids with Springer come from? And I see the obession with robo-phallus Decepticons started early too.
