The cheese, the best character in the show, better than the salami and the baloney combined. Duh. Also, Devastator may be sort of blerk but there's always the individual figures. Modern collectors are so spoiled by ankle tilts and wrist swivels.
For me, it was over the phone. I had my order up online so I could provide information, and was asked to give the order number, and also to verify the price I could now find online for the purposes of the price adjustment.
Got mine opened and played with! Seems a bit frail, with my shoulder connection port on Not Bonecrusher having a little crack form once I plugged him into place :/ Otherwise this feels like a complete play set of weird little dudes, totally worth the price after the sale+circle offerings+red card discounts combined at least

Congrats for your purchase hope receiving mine soon! In vehicle modes with weaponry and red eyes on Devastator are some of winning things and hope that quality is decent i plan to keep them in combiner mode,and are a tribute to my most favorite 80' s toy.
Anyone know how to tighten the hinge on Power Digger/Scavenger's combiner peg? It's now a slight loose in robot mode.
I love to think when I was a kid in 1985 that having Devastator was the shit hahaha they look so cheesy now, but I still love it
I still have a Quick Change Scrapper from when I was a kid. The face sculpt is way worse than Motor Load. For some reason, the KO is actually a bit bigger than the real thing. Before I knew what Transformers were, I got a Quick Change Scrapper and Mixmaster in a box of construction vehicles from Big Lots, so it's kind of nostalgic having better versions of them.
Isn't that because KOs are sometimes based on molds that were, themselves, formed around the original figures?
Autobot Tonkanator! I FINALLY signed up for Red Card several weeks ago to get the $40 off coupon, and with the 5% Red Card discount and some Circle credit, it came down to $55 shipped pre-ordered. However, the shipment on 9/29 got lost, so they sent me a replacement order and refunded $10 (I was absolutely cordial, and I did not ask for any courtesy credit at all, they just offered and I wasn’t going to say no, lol). So $45 shipped, super awesome! Excellent if you can get it on sale and are a G1 fan/connoisseur! I love it, he’s going to stay on my desk! 8/10 Recommend! The box is amazing. Came with two sticker sheets instead of one. I didn’t get the 2018 Walmart reissue, but do have the Encore one from 2010/11, Tonkanator feels sturdier in combined mode. The individual robots feel better also to me.
So Tonkanator comes with only one drill bit, instead of the usual two. How peculiar. (Not to be confused with MixmasterMotormix's single head missile, that I see some people using in place of the 2nd drill bit)
I noticed that the directions indicated the single head missile is intended for Power Digger's launcher in attack vehicle mode. I even tried it and it fits, and the launchers have no springs anyway.
Just a heads up to those ordering now. I ordered 2 more for friends. When they arrived I found target stickers all over the boxes. Check carefully.
got mine and stickered him up never had a full devisator as a kid i know some are complaining about the plastic but it feels the same as the g2 bonecrusher i have. devastator and his components where never actually that good but i love it any way. stickers are a bit shit though. might get a set of toyhax reproduction devastator stickers and some autobot logos
