    They got what they deserved. I would think twice before taunting an animal, specially a tiger. :crazy:

    It's a pity that the tiger was put down for something that turned out to not be its fault. Stupid assholes got exactly what they deserved IMO.

    Probably, how else would it have been newsworthy? "Tiger mauls people at zoo" makes for a more interesting headline than "******s irritate tiger at zoo, get bitchslapped by 800 pound killing machine"(I dunno how much a tiger actually weighs, this is just a guess)

    Honestly, the only reason I wouldn't use the term 'murder' is because the cops had little to no choice. It was more of a self-defense/last resort type thing.

    Same here, but unfortunately we aren't necessarily the general public. The first headline gets that whole sympathetic oprah and view watching crowd.

    When the story was first released, and there was the possibility that the animal was taunted, I had little sympathy for the victims and I still don't. I think they got what they deserved for taunting a wild predator.

    And I'm still appalled by the fact that they had to kill the tiger. Especially since it was a female and siberian tigers are endangered.
