Just thought I'd open up a dog thread since there's a lot with cats. Here's my two faithful companions... This is Sierra, a Black Labrador/Retriever mix. My family and I have had her the longest; she's 9 now. Adopted her when she was a 1-year old energetic as hell pup lol. I know this may sound cruel but she's my favorite. Although aggressive around strangers, she's a very calm and friendly dog once you get to know her. Pic taken by me. This is Chester, the oldest one. He's obviously a purebred German Shepherd. My family and I adopted him when he was 4; he's 10 now. If it wasn't for us, the humane society would've euthenized him because he'd been adopted and returned several times due to abandonment issues. He's also quite a wheenie and is even scared of Sierra, even though she's about 20 pounds lighter and inches shorter. All in all, he's a great dog though. Pic taken by mom; I don't really like that angle lol.
We have Ben, who we saved from abuse (His owners starved him.) He's a 2 year old Golden, and full of energy. We got him a 2 years ago when he was 4 months.
Well, my dog beats all of yours! No, wait, that's not right. There we go! This is Frodo (I swear, I did not choose the name), my Chihuahua-(insert whatever other dog breed he looks like) mix. Seriously, we don't know what other breed he is, we just know he's not a purebred Chihuahua. He's bipolar, because when we leash him up, he gets mad at whenever someone that's not our family is in the house, but is fine with kids when he's not on his leash (still attacks adults, though).
This is my puppy, Gaz. We adopted her from the Nebraska Humane Society. As far as we can tell she's a lab/rott/beagle mix. She's hilarious, thus we have tons of funny pics of her, I'll just post two though. Her riding in the car. Her hoping my fiance gets his mouth confused with hers.
Sweet...Cool Thread. Here are my 2 boys. First is Mojo. Hes a 6 month old Cane Corso at 90 Lbs. Full Growth at 2 years old. They should be at around 135 to 150 Lbs. at full growth. Second is Taz. Hes a 4 month old Cane Corso at 70 Lbs. Full Growth at 2 years Old.
Here're four pics of my Rottweiler/Golden Retriever cross Poppy. She's 117 lbs. of total scaredy-cat sucky-pants. She's a rescue dog: we got here at 8 1/2 weeks old, and she had been terribly abused. She's super-happy all the time and she gets almost anything she wants now, as long as it doesn't make her fat.
