Anyone try using PCC Throttler as a drill hand yet?

The problem with that is, both the mini-con and Hercules' hand are both female ports.

 

Looks alright...but is it me or does he kinda look like he has a goatee now?

So are dentist drills, but that still scares the willies out of most people. You can think of Hercules as having some kind of cruel, surgical tool.

 

Big forearms and mini drill? You can probably just use Herc's hand to hold it, and or make a peg that would plug into the wrist and onto the minicon. It's just too small for my taste to be pegged into the wrist.


Maybe someone could fashion mini-drills as fingers... That would look better... Like that from Galaxy Gurren Lagann.

 

Sure, the mini-con is small, but not tiny enough to be regarded as fingers. In real life terms, I'd say the drill would be the size of an average ice cream cone in your hand.

 

well i can think of at least one way to mod pcc minicon throttler so that hercuelse can huse him as a spiral drill componoent in place of the left or right hand

its so simple its ingenius really

for those of us who have a second crane shovel arm part for exgraver/scavenger

the black shvoel part on the replacement crane arm is the part i m talking about

their are two plug knob parts set up on it one to eaxch side of the black part

take a dremil or cutting knife and salvage one from the replacement crane part and then use it to mod throttler so that he can plug itno hercules left or writst wrist

I didn't say make the minicon into a finger... I said, if someone could make a hand with drill fingers. You can make it into an ice cream cone if you want.


The minicon is probably better off connected to Herc's crotch.  

 

Captured Prey is doing a set for $515 plus shipping, if you're in the US, it should come out cheaper than robot kingdom.

 

Yeah, capturedprey definitely has them cheapest. Preordered mine a few weeks back $528 shipped to me. And it'll probably be here faster than if I would have taken the RK rout, which I think would have come out to like $590ish shipped.

That is an excellent deal. I'd wager it would be difficult to get this set for less.

I think the restock is due out next month (April 2012). It won't be that long of a wait.  

 

I am almost tempted to buy a second set only because I want to have one set as the bots and one set at the mighty hercules (Devastator) that $515 price-tag is very tempting
