I have a big science test to study for... And my professor is a major football fan. You'd think he'd decide against giving a big test the day after the freakin Super Bowl...

 

Same - only reason people are looking forward to the Transformers spot more is because we've seen no official footage from the movie - while every other film that's getting a superbowl spot has had previews, clips or trailers.

In essence that's the only reason that Transformers waits for a superbowl - while the others have squandered the build-up by releasing clips or short scenes - Transformers waits to surprise the most number of people.

That way people having nothing else from the movie to compare it to beforehand.

 

Who gives tests on Mondays? That's the worst!

To get me through the wait, I'm taking all my movie transformers off the shelf and I'm transforming them into vehicle and placing them in front of my tv for tomorrow lol

 

At what time will the commercials start? (info for us non americans?)

Game starts at 6:30pm EST with commercials throughout the game. Although I'm hearing that some countries don't show the American commercials.

 

Didn't the superbowl spot for transformers leak early years ago? like a day before

 

DOTM went online minutes after it was on TV. Not sure about ROTF.

 

In the UK we won't get the American commercials, not network tv anyway. If you're watching an online stream then possibly. So I'm hoping to watch the ad on YouTube or something similar.

Anyways, I can't wait for the trailer, I just hope it's dark like the last two were. I also wish that we get a look at the Dinobots, and if it's true, Lockdown.

Paramount probably have it set to automatically upload to youtube after airs.

Its a full 30 second tv spot with the possibility of a longer version being uploaded online as it happened with the avengers tv spot back in 2012.

 

30 seconds is the usual although not confirmed so it could really be anything from 30-60 seconds. I believe Spider Man is doing a 60 second one.

 

I'd love a 60 second surprise spot for AOE. That would rock!
