Strarf's name looks to be Russian in origin. Similarly, the light armored version of hers also has a Russianish name. So...uh, look up Russian words?

Goblin Green... not bad, I was thinking Green Lantern Corps green, or Oliver Queen Green, but goblin green works too. She's Green in Battle Rondo, just not that metallic, she's just the "Premium" version of Fort Bragg.
