Okay, so I was watching a classic G1 Era Episode in my opinion: The Return Of Optimus Prime And I noticed how in part 2, Optimus Prime coats himself with an alloy which makes him not only impervious to heat and radiation, but makes him an all-white Autobot, giving the look of Ultra Magnus' truck cab toy in its robot mode! He's really only missing the following details: Blue mouthguard Red eyes Aside from that, I think he looks pretty sick in all white, with no other colors in him, which now brings me to the following question: Do you, the Transformers Fans, think Hasbro should put out a special edition of the G1 Optimus figure with an all-white color scheme, seeing as in G1 this was really Prime's only true onscreen repaint? I personally think it should be done. But with the following: All white truck cab with the Autobot Insignia molded onto the left shoulder, ala MP Prime style. Better headsculpt with white eyes and mouthguard. White trailer unit with a white Roller. Clear windows or even glass windows. If you have any suggestions or think this is a great idea, please tell me!
he wasn't white he was a very shiny silver metallic, yes to the toy but only it its done right, a shiny silver metallic prime and a wreck-gar with a button that say " Im a pepper don't you want to be a pepper too? "
As a kid, Ultra Magnus' white cab was my Optimus Prime, period. And no, this is an incredibly pointless idea. We need less random redecos of Optimus Prime, not more.
He was mine too, but only because I went through two or three Primes by snapping off their legs. Ultra Magnus was apparently made of sterner stuff.
In 2007 a month after I became a fan I got some Transformers from my older cousin. He gave me Ultra Magnus' cab and Powermaster Darkwing which are both awesome. When I saw Magnus I though he was Optimus when he had that coating on just because I hadn't seen the toy yet.
While a Prime made of silver would possibly the most eye-catching thing I can imagine, I would not buy him. I have a G1 Ultra Magnus and a Materpiece Prime. Nothing more needed.

Yeah I'd buy it if it was in metalic silver. But I hope it never happens 'cause I don't need to spend any more cash on Primes, I'm a sucker for anything OP!
