This is the first "old" comic I ever bought. Back in the 80's, our local flea market was where I bought comics. 3, 4, and sometimes 5 for a dollar. Back then, covers are what sold me. I had never seen this style of cover, baiting me to find out the answer to the mystery of the double death wish of these two heroes.

My mother explained to me, after I'd bought it, that it was an old one because of the 12ยข cover price.

I haven't read recent "Cavewoman" in almost a decade, which seems to be more T&A one shots by various creators (nothing wrong with that BTW), but I'll defend that Budd Root's original series from 1994 was good reading with a solid concept.

A Frank Frazetta cover is a hell of a debut for a classic comic character (50 years and going)

Parodied a few years ago by Udon as a variant for their annual pin-up special.

Baba Looey stars in "El Kabong! Fully Loaded".

Wow, now that homage was made with love!

I never noticed the bat wings against the moon on the original before. Now, seeing how perfectly Morrigan's hip-mounted wings match on the homage I'm totally befuddled.

That's such an iconic cover, I knew exactly what it would be before the picture loaded.

Man, I remember seeing this and #212 behind the counter at a premium due to the Wolverine vs Sabretooth battle. Good times. Alan Davis was great as usual in 213
