    Does it count as non-Transformer if the toy indeed transform?
    Here is Cello. The Pack are organic characters such as animals and people that transform into parasitic looking monsters with the use of a backpack or some kind of external object on their body.
    There are still more characters to come.

    Disgusting but in a good way. :)  It reminds me of the Real Ghostbusters toys where the ghosts disguise themselves as ordinary people/items.

    The stuff of nightmares! reminds me of the late in the line G.I. Joe's that turned into space monsters. The Replicators. Nice work, can't wait to see the rest. How was this done?
