We possibly have a saying about weak tornadoes but I haven't heard it.

Man this has been the wettest year in Oklahoma I've ever experienced. Rain every 2 days and a river forms in front of my house. No twisters lately. One ALMOST formed 25 miles away but futtered out. Good thing though. It was like "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can... Nope, don't have it in me."

For the love of- it just rain 2 days ago! Now it's raining again.

I hope a river doesn't form in front of my house again. ... Oh who am I kidding, of course it will.

Though I would take rain over heat the day started with.

Oh shit, I just realized a twister might form. Though I never seen it form in my area. It's usually far away.

I've been... THUNDERSTRUCKED!!!

 

Seriously?! It's raining again?! I just rained a few days ago! Is mother nature trying to drown us?!

 

We just had our second heatwave in the PNW Wed-Fri. 100-106. Wasn't as hot as the first time (we hit 118) and wasn't as hot as predicted (110) but it was still brutal. Good thing this second round was it was during my day off (trying to sleep during that first one during the day cause I worked nights was no joke)

I was in AZ beginning of the week...I was missing that weather and the A/C especially lol.


At least we're back to normal.

 

I think it's gonna rain again.  

 

Wow, talk about crappy, muggy, humid and hot weather last week here in Montreal... and still hot 'till Thursday - no thanks to the recent (and nasty) heatwave the west have gotten last month

 

I’m now fully convinced Mother Nature is a sadistic dominatrix, how else do you explain a Category 4 hurricane nailing New Orleans on the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina?!

 

A few days ago I was driving to work. Clear, sunny day. Hot. Out of the corner of my eye I thought I saw a bolt of lightning come out of a fluffy white cloud. I thought, nah. Then a second later I heard the thunder. It was like nature was trying out something new.

 

Not raining. Not humid. Just hot. Very hot.

 

So this is how my 2021 ends, with my Hurricane PTSD acting up

Had light rain this afternoon.

Supposed to get snow this week but nothing happened.

I guess that's a good thing but mother nature might be storing energy to unleash a strong attack.

Snow is still here in Washington. But it's warming up with rain this weekend.

 

It is been warm since December 23 in NE Alabama. The normal low is 27 degrees, not 60. Anyway we have a chance of snow Sunday.

 

Saw on the news Colorado had wildfire with homes burnt to the ground, then it snowed!

 

Yep. I was right. Mother nature launched cold temperature, light rain so there is some ice on the road and windows and now snow.

My ass is freezing!

 

so apparently it was 70 degrees in my state on Christmas, luckily I didn't experience that... I experienced winter in Illinois tho, which can either be better or worse depending on who you ask.

 

Well... freakin' hell (that's -24C with a chill factor of -36C)

 

A barmy 29°C (84°F) today. Then it's gonna rain towards the back end of the week. La Nina weather.
