I have the exact same batch number, bought in store at a target, and it has no yellowing. Strange.

Could be the harsh fact that batch number has no bearing here.

Second Motormaster arrived today via BBTS. Lot no. 21131, no yellowing, no cracked hinges, this time trailer has a wonky back left wheel setup.

Although the spring-loaded shin parts are ever so slightly differently colored which is not showing up well in pics. It only stands out to me as on my first version from a buddy in California (lot number 21171) those parts look the same as the surrounding plastic.

Same. No yellowing, no cracking, no warping. Only QC issues are overly loose Motormaster ankle rockers, one truck rear wheel assembly having a looser hinge than the other, and the right side top rear panel on the cab not wanting to peg in properly.

I finally transformed him. ONE SINGLE piece is yellowed. It’s just the elbow joint. Nothing terrible, at least.

What’s the cracking issue people are talking about? (He asks nervously)

Edit: never mind. I went back a page to see. He’s in Menasor mode right now and I don’t see anything.. I’ll look closer when I take him apart.

Got a 21131 this morning, perfectly fine, besides a few grey pieces are literally in the smallest amount a different shade, it might even just be the way I was looking at it, and no cracking in the shoulder

My first copy arrived today from Amazon: Batch 21231.

While it appears this batch only contains copies that have not been plagued thus far, I suspect my copy may not been so lucky.

One of the spring loaded legs panels on each Menasor leg appears "bronzed" compared to paired panel. The difference is minimal but I convinced myself it's there. No other QC or yellowing that I have noted as of yet.

I have another copy arriving from Amazon and Target this week

It’s there, but it’s extremely faint. Mine has slightly unmatching leg panels too, but they’re a shade or two lighter than the surrounding leg structure. Either way, it makes my mind go “They’re not the same… Which one is yellowing? Are they in a pre-yellowing state?!” I’ve accepted the fact that the yellow is coming for all of us and all we hold dear. Not a matter of if, only when….

That is a good attitude to take. I'm not going to lose mind over it either.

I just transformed Menasor and it is AMAZING! Every G1 combiner needs to be redone to match this engineering. Transforming everything back to the trailer will be a task though.

Is there a proper way to disengage the arms from the connector joints beyond pulling the arms off in an upward direction?

He is amazing, absolutely no argument there. I have all the UW Combiners for the other teams and I cringe at the thought of a new round of combiners for all teams because 1) It’ll be EXPENSIVE (I double up all the teams, need the biner and the team) and 2) It’ll take forever and I am SOOOO close to finishing up my collection… I just hate the idea of a modernity rug pull so close to the finish line.

I hate the thought of re-buying all the combiners again, especially considering the amount of money that I sunk into the UW versions plus upgrades, etc., but I'd jump all over new ones like a crack whore on a rock if they're done with the same level of engineering, design and motif care and love as Motormaster/Menasor.
