Let's just say it this way.Alabama had their shot at LSU and blew it,end of story. So let's give someone else a shot at the mighty Tigers.I'm not saying it has to be Oklahoma St.,but I guess they would be the logical choice. If they end up getting blown out by LSU,then so be it,the better team will win.At least give them a shot.

I want a good close game as much as the next person does, but if it ends up being LSU/Alabama again,I probably won't watch it.I've seen that game already.

That "We don't have a bad offense, they just had a great defense" excuse doesn't even work.

As I mentioned before, Georgia, with all their problems, had no problem moving up and down the field on LSU. So.... yes, that game was a snoozer. I've seen great defensive games and that LSU-Bama game wasn't one of them.

Just to clarify, I am NOT a Oklahoma State fan BUT give them a shot. WE already saw Bama-LSU

Because they are the two best teams. Oklahoma State isn't as good as Alabama. I'm sorry, they aren't. Alabama's defense is miles better, and their offense stands a chance against LSU's defense. Look, the BCS system is flawed, but these are the two best teams.

Oklahoma state played against a bad OU (I usually don't talk about my team like that, but it's the truth) defense, so as far as I'm concerned Alabama deserves it.

As for my sooners, like I said their defense was terrible, and their offense was held to 10 points the whole game. What bowl game will they go to? Holiday bowl? Capital one bowl?

Those are the two best "SEC teams":thumbs2:

Well.... if it is LSU-Bama, won't it look like a SEC monopoly on the BCS title game? Maybe that will kill off this ******ed system we have.:2c:

    PLAYOFF!!!!!

EDIT: Guess it's official. Bama-LSU rematch....

    Lame

I think it's unfair to lsu to play Bama again without a playoff but OSU only have themselves to blame. They should have beaten a 6-6 Iowa state team who the following week got beatdown by Oklahoma. If they did that it wouldn't even be a question of who would be playing lsu and they would be playing for the bcs championship right now. If they were undefeated and got passed up by Bama then I could understand but they controlled their destiny and blew it.

    ^^^

OSU had a stronger strength of schedule:2c:

As I mentioned earlier, Bama played 3 Division 2(What is their division called again?) schools and OSU played one.

PLUS, they won the Big 12! Conference CHAMPS and the voters STILL select a team that didn't even WIN it's own division, let alone CONFERENCE.:dunce

    bbbbbbbbbbooooooooooooo!!!! lol!

The regular season in college football is meaningless. MEANINGLESS. The argument against OKST is weak. All we've heard for years with this BCS system is how important strength of schedule is. OKST wins that vs. Alabama. After that it's style points, which OKST wins again. So the argument against basically comes down to OKST's loss vs. Alabama's, both occurring in OT. Fine, OKST's was against a lesser opponent, but when you look at the whole body of work (which is supposed to matter), it's very even, except that OKST CRUSHES Oklahoma in a game that matters while Alabama sits at home watching the games on TV. It's a travesty what has happened.

Look, I'm sorry, and I honestly would have preferred to play OKST, since it would have been much easier for LSU. But Bama is the second best team. Offense, defense, they're second best.

    Odds are low-mid 30's

OSU would be in the high 40's

At least Montee Ball got an invite to the Heisman Trophy presentation.I'm sure he won't win though because everyone loves the SEC.

Richardson and Mathieu aren't gonna win. It's between Luck and Griffith.

I think Richardson is right up there with Luck and Griffith as the most likely to win because of Alabama being in the Championship game. It's really up in the air this year though.
