Getting outshot 15-1 should never be intentional. :lol

And say which part? I'll say whatever makes you happy tonight.

I can't think about it till Friday. My heart is about to explode....

Say that Lundqvist finally played to his potential today, and was not playing at this level for the first 3 games.

Btw, if those goes to game 6, the Messier jersey is coming out. That thing has yet to fail me. Granted I haven't used it much. But still! That Jersey has one cup under its belt.

I'll gladly say this: Lundqvist finally played to his potential today, and he was not playing at this level for the first 3 games.

Still put more blame on the men in front of him though for the first 3 games. ;)

I would too. Lundqvist looked sharp. The NY D NEEDS to tighten up in order to keep this thing going. As far as having the kings where NY wants them? From what I watched, it wasn't a matter of letting Lundqvist do his thing, it was more like NY couldn't get past center ice for most of the 3rd. That HAS to change in LA.

Rangers showed some big ones tonight. Good game. And yes, the slushy ice most definitely assisted "King" Henrik with the W. I hope the first star tonight was the ice crew.

Hey that was the hockey gods. Which by the way I prayed to before the game.

I literally said, please hockey gods, let the pucks go the rangers way tonight. I kid you not.

I wonder how much of this win contributes to Rangers' stellar D and how much is Kings wanting to hoist their 2nd Cup at their home ice. I'd be impressed if Rangers can win Game 5 since I am sure Kings will go all out for the win.

I'll accept the loss just so we can get back home and get fired up.

How that puck just stopped right at the line twice? Unbelievable luck. Is that puck made by Bridgestone? LOL

The thing I don't get, here in NY I am seeing people complaining about how poorly the Rangers played.

Why, all we needed to do is win the game.

And in the 3rd period it was obvious the Rangers were going with defense first mentality. The Rangers are afraid of making the mistake that leads to a quick goal. So they changed up the game. Hence the reason they weren't attacking. It was the opposite of what they did to the Canadiens.

As for Lundqvist, yes, he got saved by shaved ice, however, he did play the best game he has in this series. If he stopped some Rangers mistakes earlier in the series, even 1 mistake, this series would have been different.

At this point, i am hoping they have a strong showing in game 5 and have the hockey gods help us with the pucks again. Maybe bring it home for game 6 and take our chances.

On a complete side note, I am going to be so bored after this series ends. I tried to watch a game of the NBA finals, and was bored to death. I don't get Americans, they love Football that has a lot of action and hitting, then they don't watch Hockey. Why? There is more excitement in 1 minute of hockey then there is a whole Basketball game. I mean the last two minutes last night was organized chaos.

Having said that, maybe I like it better this way. At least in hockey games they explain what is going on. This is lost in all other sports in America today. The comments are on the stars in the crowd, vs. what is going on the field. Why is the defense in a nickel? Who knows. What's a nickel package? Not explained.

In hockey, we have real announcers. Even in the finals. Plus you can stream the finals for free.

What did you give up as an offering? The hockey gods didn't like what I offered...

All I said was, after the last 3 games, you gotta give us a break on the pucks.

Maybe they were waiting for a Ranger fan to prey to them. After all I have seen from bounces, and such, I think there is divine intervention for the Kings.
