yeah, especially in the beginning when the Vikings Corners couldn't seem to tackle in the open field. Eventually the Vikings defense shut down those plays however

If Rodgers had done more "quick and out" passes, snap the ball and quick throws, the game would have been SO MUCH closer. The Vikings couldn't stop that in the beginning, and if not for the fumble, the Packers would have started the game with a lead.

Kudos to Brett, good to see him win and get this monkey off the media's back, till week 14 or whatever.

I'm sure most you guys heard, but Farve became the first and only QB to beat all 32 NFL teams. That's pretty damn impressive.

That's one of those records that may never be matched.

Love him or hate him, you gotta tip your cap to that.

True that.... but I am curious about Defense Players however. Ken Norton Jr., He is the only guy alive to win 3 straight super bowl titles (2 with Dallas, 1 with the 49ers)

I wouldn't be surprised if he beat all the teams during his era.

i dunno about that, i believe Brady and Manning probably have beaten every other team, the tough part is being traded and beating your old team. might never be matched because guys like Brady and Manning probably will just retire, vs. retire-unretire-lather-rinse-repeat.

news (good?) for you 49ers fans, Crabtree has supposedly signed finally.

Yeah, and Braylon Edwards just left the Browns for the JETS.

Hey, well that about Joe Montana? He beat the 49ers once he was traded to the chiefs.

well, 4 teams were added after he retired (Ravens, Jags, Panthers, Texans), so Montana couldn't have beaten all 32, but maybe he beat the 28 teams in the league at that time. can't seem to find that out. as far as i know, Brady and Manning have beat 31 of 32, so they only need to beat the Pats and Colts repectively to also do this.

I like the Jets picking up Edwards. Should be a great addition. And what does that leave Cleveland with now? Anything?

And Montana did beat every team in the league that was around at the time. So yea, Favre beat all 32 teams but Montana still beat every team as well.

They got Chansi Stuckey from us!! :)

The Edwards trade seems like a good move IMO. Once he gets used to the offense he should be a great target for Sanchez.

This is gonna be a big help for Sanchez too . . . if Edwards holds on to the ball that is. But, hopefully it helps out both parties.

I think it's really immature of Crabtree to now sign with the 49ers after they proved themselves as a decent NFC contender. I don't care how good you THINK you are, you were picked 10th for a reason. I hope he rides the pine for a few games and then gets the chance to play. He'll be one hell of a talent, but he's gotta know his place right now.

I know Braylon Edwards has not necessarily been putting up great numbers over his career, but sometimes a change can make a big difference. I hope he does learn to hold onto the ball like you said, and I also hope he turns into a breakout receiver for the Jets. This could be the move he needed to turn into a player who can actually use his full potential.

    We shall see!!

I am hoping Braylon can have a successful season in NY and help my fantasy team. As for Crabtree I heard that he's a nice guy but a loner and it's a case of him surrounding himself with money hungry, egoistic people (Deion, Parker, etc). Now that the tampering investigation is proceeding I wonder if Niners will end up with more draft picks when it's all said and done? I am hoping that club who tampered with Crabtree isn't Jets because they've traded away most of the picks for 2010 already.

Thats true but if we go by that logic did Farve beat the Baltimore Colts, Houston Oilers, LA Rams, The original Cleveland Browns...

I personally think its misleading. Give Joe Montana credit for being the first person to do that! Although, I doubt he was the first also because wasn't Bart Starr... Joe Namath... all those old guys ended up on different teams as well.
