Technically one could argue that the GN Archer is not a Fembot at all, since it isn't sentient at all, rather it is piloted by a girl. Admittedly, the silhouette does scream Fembot, but still. Anyways... I'll throw in the whole of the Busou Shinki line into this thread as well, since they're all just palm sized combat robots that are displayed as being self aware (both canonically and otherwise).

That Strarf is definitely a custom. No Strarf, be it the original, Mk.2, Bis, or even CI's crazy Strarf has that kind of armor. Oh, and yes, i am very well acquainted with that game, Roan. Played it so many times i lost count. Cyber Ninja > All. Wonder if there's a thread for that on these boards somewhere... EDIT: Guess not. Maybe it's too outdated, hardly anyone stilll plays it anymore. Back on topic, seeing as it's pretty unanimous that GN Archer counts as a fembot, then any of Soma's suits should count. Tieren Taozi is 100% pink... EDIT: Almost forgot the Valkyrie borgs from GF. Ice Valkyrie was always a pain.
