I still haven't seen wave one at retail...hopefully stores around here start getting them before it's too late to get Bludgeon...

 

This is awesome, but I still haven't seen the preview wave anywhere. If someone could tell me what stores and, more importantly, what aisle you can find the preview wave in, I'd very much appreciate it.

 

Ooo. This must be the wave that BBTS solicited.

Looking at these too, I'll wager that the preview wave's origins were somebody getting an idea and making proof-of-concept mockups using off the shelf parts and quickly made one-color tampographs.

These ones on the other hand... LOADS of new parts - the tank treads, Hook's helmet, and most importantly a piece of armor that ONLY covers the back, and NOT the chest.

 

Is it me or does Blastoff's shuttle mode look perfect? I mean, some of these vehicles suck.

 

This is what annoyed me most about the preview wave. They all have cool decals on their chest to homage their G1 design but it's covered by the chest piece holding the kibble. So glad they changed it for this wave.

 

Oh god the tiny Bludgeon and Airachnid.

I second that! already own the whole preview wave Got lucky at my local TRU they put them in the tf aisle. Hopefully it won't be long before these hit U.S. shores and the code remains, there only seem to be 24 per display box so it might b a bit more difficult.

Those tricky kreo people! I see what they are doing! In the combiner packs it only comes with four kreons, so those who want a complete team needs to get these! the constructicons need two more, so I'm pretty sure that they will come out with a long haul in the next wave. Blast-off and the other combaticons are an easy pickup. too bad none of my stores get them.  

 

I actually saw these at the counter of the Transformers: The Ride shop in Singapore last week, but as there was so much awesome on offer didn't really think anything of it!

Seriously, that shop was collector heaven - MP12, Arms Micron Dreadwing, Reissue soundblaster, Deluxe Evac. Could have blown all my holiday money there and then!

 

I saw the preview waves in large quantities in both Kmart and TRU, but you have to check the lego isles, at TRU they were hidden all the way on the top shelf in the Kreo corner.


While these look super awesome I have to ask what wave Knockout is in? I need like 6 of him, I really hope these will be easy to identify like last time.

 

Good news is they will be, there is an easy code to follow, literally numbered from 40-51

bad news, knockout is only in the knockout vs wheeljack set, which i'm dying for my local stores to get in stock, i want that kreon

 

I hope more stores carry these things this time around. Didn't see any of the preview wave guys in any of the stores I frequent (Target, 5-Below, TJ Maxx, TRU Express, local toy stores) and had to get them online.

Haven't seen the Wheeljack/Knock Out, Vortex, or Devastator sets either.
