With us getting that ROTB toyline Deluxe Airazor it means we will for the others that got leaked for that line. Which means we will get a Nightbird and Bee. But mainly I want to see Wheeljack and Mirage. Cause if they look anything like the blurry image of the standee, they sure are a bit different.

Remember the Bumblebee trailer had Blitzwing on Cybertron and in the finished cut it was Starscream? And it was like what? 3 months before release? They have 6 months.

I think he was trying to imply that those two shots compared together mean Bee movie Prime is only 16 feet tall (based on the comment he made about that outdated height earlier). That would be untrue however. The reality is that Prime is 22 feet in that shot, the same height he was at the end of the Bee movie.

You're confusing internet bubbles with general audiences.

When the first 3 Transformers movies hit Netflix earlier this year, there was actual hype to it. I started hearing people in real life actually start talking about Transformers again.

And they were rated so highly by Netflix viewers that they even earned that "most liked" badge on them.

 

Well, atleast Weta might help with the CG, especially seeing the CG for Avatar 2

 

They aren't helping THAT much from what I see, but still any help is good I guess hehe.

 

Personally would also like the great CGI. Enough movies these days have bad CGI. Transformers doesn't need to end up in that space. I expect great CGI from this franchise. We can have both a solid story and great CGI.
Showed the trailer to some friends and the general opinion was that the CGI was not good and the movie looked like a cartoon for kids instead of an actual TF movies that would attract the young and old demographic aswell. My dad who likes the movies quite a bit is not a fan of the beast stuff. To him Primal looks like a rip off of King Kong.

 

I hope we are getting Scourge being Optimus. That way we get Optimus (Primal) and Optimus (Prime) Vs Optimus (Scourge). It'd mean Primal's line about Optimus's greatest threat would fit the cliche' idea that the greatest threat one can face is themselves.

The alternative is that Scourge is just Scourge, a servant of Unicron and arrives, kills Bumblebee to establish his dominance and then Mirage takes Bumblebee's focus until Bumblebee gets brought back somehow later in the movie.

Trouble is here that these are what are referred to as 'vertical slices' supposed to be the best the film has to offer that's selected to fit the role that's required in the trailer and all of them suffer from similar problems. This makes it more likely these examples used in the trailer will be representative of the final overall quality of the movie.

I could see some aspects getting tweaked, but I expect a few scenes with this level of quality in the finalized movie - regardless of if the trailer shots themselves get improved in the remaining time before release.

Trailer editing was also kinda garbage honestly, none of the transformations finished so we never got a full sense of what characters looked like - plus we get a rather terrible choice of music. Syncing the music up to the trailer is basic tier so at least they did that I guess.

 

I tried to get info on this but I didn't get much. All I know is that it's apart of a press material kit thingy that paramount released.

TLR B (Trailer B) most likely the 1 minute teaser from Tik Tok with the extended Mirage scene. (TRANSFORMERS on TikTok)
TLR C (Trailer C) probably is another one of these short teasers for social media which is paced differently (TRANSFORMERS on TikTok) or the behind the scenes video...but the fact that B and C also have 5.1 versions makes me think that there are two more teasers/trailers which we haven't seen yet...aah.
Sadly I couldn't get my hands on them...yet, I'll keep trying  

 

Depends. I was happy with the quality of most shots in the trailer, but the battle sequence at the end looked very animated, like a CG cutscene for a video game.

I think I'd still be okay with it if the final product looked like the trailer, though. Like, I wouldn't be psyched about it, but I don't think it looks horrible so, yeah.
