Another tidbit: concept art of Nightbird's car mode show lighting coming out from the bottom of the car, so she might be able to use it in vehicle mode too. I like that they seem to be doing a lot of stuff with the vehicles modes in this movie, like the license plates/text changing from New York to Peru, the things on the back of Scourge that folded out in the concept art of his truck mode that was leaked, the battle damage on Optimus' truck, Mirage making copies of himself, Optimus ramming Scourge when they're both in truck mode. There was also one video from set where Mirage had only one headlight illuminated, which I could see them using to make the car "blink".
