What kind of camera did you get?

 

The new shelves look awesome, what ones did you get?

 

@ twintwist: Ikea detolfs with dioder light sets. I bought four of them and have room for two more. I had to drive all day to get them. They're 90 pounds each. They look amazing and take up way less space than the old shelves. Deffinetly worth it.  

 

I wish they still sold Detolfs. Looks great!

EDIT: I take that back, it looks like ikea still sells them.

 

Yeah I called to make sure. I'm 4 hours from my ikea. The detolf must sell well enough and it would be tough to improve the design.

 

Four Hours ?! That is some vigilant dedication to your plasticrack display!

 

@b hahaha it was a process. I looked in every furniture store in Wilmington. All crap. I had no choice.

 

I can't wait for more pictures openchallenge. If you don't mind me asking how many Tf's do you have, also will you be displaying all of your TF's in the detolfs? Ive been thinking of getting detolfs with risers to display up to 10 figures, but having around 500 seems costly to get a bunch of detolfs.

 

@b it's a nikon coolpix. Not sure of the model number right now. It has a larger cassis and a big lens. It has a better sensor array than cameras in the price range and even some double. I narrow the cameras down by seeing if I like the crispness of what's on the display. A guy with the same mindset set everything up so I could see if the pics matched what was on the display. It won. These pics are totally me playing with it for the very first time. I was playing around with the settings to compensate for the light yellow paint in the room. I have a tripod and will actually open the door on the cases next time.  

@x I don't keep count. I've wanted to start a shmax for a while. My previous shelves where perfect for high capacity and I've boxed a lot away since moving to the detolfs. I have room for two more on the wall. I'm really happy that I did it. You get the fishtank feel without the work.

Loving the new cases bro!! Just makes ur figs look more expensive & fancy for some reason, like some ADULT collectables & not just toys lol Im definitely gonne have to get me some detolfs cus they look so lovely lol!

I'll deff get some risers for mines, so I can fit more figs in and be able to see them all! Great improvement man!!

 

I'm liking those cases, man. I should pick up a few of those. I'm not a big fan of mine.

I take it somebody really, really likes MP Seekers. =p

 

Really clean set-up with the Detolfs and the pot lights.
