True but I’d really love an updated mold for this type of figure.

I have a question about ML MCU Iron Man figures. I know there are several versions out there and I just bought the mark 46 figure, but I kind of don’t like it. I hate how the wrists won’t turn up into a straight arm firing pose due to the plate on the back of his hand. Can anyone recommend a better MCU Iron Man that has better poseability and better wrist articulation? I hate having to have his elbow bent into a waving pose to attach a blast effect. Thanks in advance for any advice!

The 46 is the Civil War suit, right? That was the first MCU suit that actually looked bulky enough next to other figures, but the range of motion overall wasn’t great. The Marks 50, 7, and 3 that have been released since are much better figures, with the caveat that their repulsor hands are sculpted in perfect pew-pew poses, but lack wrist hinges completely because of it. The Mark 80 is your best option that still includes wrist hinges, and I’d say either it or the Mark 3 are the best MCU Iron Men overall.

There’s also a pretty reliable rumor of a new 46 coming sometime this year if what you want is that suit specifically.

First I heard of a new 46, that is exciting to me. I wanted to go back and get a few of the older Iron Man figures (specifically the 42 tbh) but once I got the Endgame one and saw the Mark 7 I could not go back. So recommend either of those. Think the 3 is something I completely missed but if Tahukanuva is mentioning it alongside other impressive entries I am sure it is good too

Did they ever make a silver Centurion figure from the movie line?

No, the only HPP armors Hasbro has made are Disco, Hot Rod and Midas.

After the endgame 2 pack IM that comes with Thanos, I have scratched any previous version on him (maybe the 10 years and the other recent one would do it).

Thanks! Those hands without wrist articulation sound like a mixed bag, but probably the best bet for posing. That endgame set with Thanos is probably the best version there is. Maybe I’ll try to track that one down.

Bit of a belated response but here are some pictures. He can definitely hold it.

Also that Ironman is glorious with those bright colors.

It's strange, I absolutely cannot seem to get AF15 Spidey into a pose that looks any good. The figures proportions are just so off-putting to me. I've never had this much trouble posing a Marvel Legends figure before

Is there a good website for Marvel Legends that lists all the figures, who shares body parts, etc? Like a TFWiki.net for Marvel Legends? I think I'm spoiled with how comprehensive TFWiki is...

I wish. There are some if you look online but none of them are comprehensive. Would love to know all the figures who use the shriek body mold. Honestly surprised no one made a database or something for it. Would be very convenient for customizers

This is a couple years out of date, and it's just from forums, but I've used this before for reference:

Really? I've had no trouble at all. AF15 Spidey is my favorite ML of 2022.
