Dan tweeted that Pretty Boy and Stryfe will be in a multipack (which we knew, along with random, Vertigo and Zero) and that multipack will go up at 10:00am pacific time and be sold at fans channel including Amazon.

Please give me a retail release S surfer that does not cost AUd $100. I wish I was joking, but I am not. and most of them are generic uninspired lazy tooling garbage to start with.
Those box sets rarely sell out of preorders and based on Dan's tweet more than just Amazon will carry this as he mentioned all stores that sell fan channel releases.
Some of the recent 5-figure sets that were originally exclusive to Amazon made it to fan channel retailers. This set type should not be hard to get.
Even the Galactus Silver Surfer has holes in his back, non-pinless joints and only one energy effect for his hands.
I learned my lesson with the Wolverine 5-pack and will wait for a sale for the Stryfe 5-pack. I kinda want those characters and it’s not enough for me to pay full price for it. In other news, Pulse shipped my Retro Iron Man with Proton cannon.
It will be interesting to see how that 5 pack is priced. 5 figures at $25 should be $125 but they also threw in that portal from Dr Strange, so we'll see. I am shocked they are releasing it through fan channel. I can't see this thing not rotting on shelves and getting discounted. I really want it, but man... it might make sense to wait for a sale.
Yeah, as much as I want most of the characters I'm considering waiting for a sale. Might still preorder it and see how I feel once it comes closer to it being released.
Yeah, I should say that the 5 figures at full price is kind of dumb too. In the past they would give us a bulk discount. If these were 5 baf wave figures, we'd pay $125 seperately and have a BaF (or 5/6's of one, anyway). This thing should be like $100 IMO.
I don't remember them ever giving us a discount on multi-packs. Just off the top of my head, the Guardians 5-pack was $120 for 5 figures, one of them being a BAF, and the A-Force 6-Pack was the same price. I would say now they're just raising the prices on some sets, but I don't remember them ever doing them for less than retail for 5 separate figures.
I got the Wolverine set on sale, but I don't know if i want to take a chance on this new 5 pack since I want 4 of the 5 figures. Wait, Stryfe isn't a repaint of the previous version?
Nope, He's new. They went over the new figure in the Pulsecon stream where they revealed him. The one famous for this: If the 5 pack were exclusive, I could see it selling out. Since it will be at BBTS and EE and Amazon and Pulse and probably Gamestop... I really don't see it selling out. Still, this is a high demand set for me too. I want all these figures. So I may not wait.
