Seems plausible given how that old Parker luck works most of the time.  

 

Exactly   granted it does suck to get a figure like that, it would make for some pretty funny photos if taken advantage of

 

The only good new out of this event is that even the old packaging wouldn't have saved you

 

Honestly I'm not bothered by the windowless packaging since I mostly order figures online. I was nervous about this set since Ive seen a lot of reports of spotty paint, but I figured the odds were still good that it'd be clean. So much for that   Maybe its not worth making a stink over, it just bites to have such a glaring defect on an expensive set.

Yeah, I was totally disappointed they did not update Terrax's body at all. What was the point of even rereleasing him if they weren't????

I like Terrax, but not enough to spend the money on that outdated body.

 

Here's a general question but is anyone else starting to lose interest in movie based figures and switched to mainly comic figures?

My case is I started my Marvel Legends trip with the MCU figures and for a long time it was my default choice, but with more movies coming each year and many updated suits that either gets better or worse I thought it was getting out of hand (Iron Man is the worst offender). And for the past few years I've been gaining more favored interest in comic Marvel Legends with many characters having one to two main designs and that's where I feel at right now. One comic character having the best of qualities over a dozen movie suit for one character and save budget and storage space.

 

The point was to have him available for the 30,000 people who bought Galactus. It worked for me.

 

Maybe Unicron's just nervous because he's been out of the game for a while and hopes Galactus makes the first move.

Speaking of, we need more sexy Galactus.

Got my Galactus today, but the funniest part was that the delivery guy let me know this is the fifth Galactus he's delivered today.

 

Got mine too! Didn't even get a ship notification. What a surprise. Wooooo!

 

Sadly can’t keep my galactus. Had a job and collected legends when I ordered. Don’t have a job and don’t collect legends now. Tempted to open the sucker but that’ll just make getting rid of it even harder. Looks like it came out great. Congrats to all receiving them.

I want to do a stop motion video of Unicron and Galactus romping across the galaxy using Harry Nilssons "Best Friend."  

 

That's pretty much me. I dropped MCU stuff a good while back and decided to go after...mostly...90's toon X-Men. I'm about done now. Too many things and not enough space. And most of my figures are one-and-done...meaning I doubt I'll ever feel the need to upgrade

 

I might need to do that too...i only do xmen and a few spiderman, but i might need to go through and see which multiple xmen characters i don't need...like vintage gambit vs regular gambit...

 

Some quick comparisons, here's Haslab Galactus with the two older Toybiz versions. I still like that dated Fantastic Four cartoon version because it was a gift from my brother and has light up eyes, speaks one line "I Hunger!" and has menacing music

Will we ever get other Cosmic Beings like Eternity, Infinity, the Living Tribunal, Ego the Living Planet and the Celestials?
