The Civil War suit (from the three pack with Cap and Iron Man) is actually not the same as the one from Homecoming. Quite a bit different and not accurate. It's hard to tell unless you're looking at them right next to each other, though.

that suit gets spliced with the Iron Spider suit to create the new integrated suit (and I think the implication is some of that suit's fabric, not the tech, might have been used to create his final, briefly seen suit at the end of NWH)

I was ready to skip that What If? wave other than Zombie Cap and Captain Carter. Then I ended up ordering Hydra Stomper. Now, I’m seeing all these pics of the whole wave in hand and I broke down and ordered the rest of the wave. I hate MCU, lol!

The NWH upgraded suit has a new torso, slightly differently sculpted spider logos and waist piece. And as mentioned earlier, the Civil War suit is supposed to be the same as the HC suit, but the figures are entirely different molds. You could also theoretically count the What If/Avengers Campus suit, but it hasn't been in any of the movies or anything.

This is why I have it labeled 2 and the others as 2a and 2b. I guess I should have labeled it 2a, 2b, and 2c, lol. Since they are all the same suit but technically different.
