Yeah, Hasbro didn't even give us a proper game version of Kamala when they released her. It's weird that they kind of half-assed those two waves in terms of actually representing the game. That said the Avengers game got more character variety than either Spidey game so far. They've only got three different versions of Peter and two different versions of Miles. Most I could see them doing is probably a Groot/Rocket as a deluxe set and putting Star-Lord and Gamora in a wave somewhere.
I got the Wolverine pack today... I feel the shirtless Wolverine should have come with a cigar, he looks like he's been through the wringer and needs a smoke break.
I wasn't planning on getting this guy, but man that sculpt is too hard to pass up on. The fact that you can see through the "damaged" thighs is crazy to me!
FYI, Targets $25 off $100 sale is going on now. You have to claim the offer in Target Circle. I just ordered the Spiderman No Way Home wave, the Fantastic four Wave and the 2 Eternals figures I was missing. I saved $75 on figures I already had ordered elsewhere. Works out to $17.99 per figure which isn’t bad. Too bad they don’t have What If or retro Spidey waves on their site.
I honestly just want a Kate Bishop and BP at the very least in terms of Avengers. Spider-Man is such a hot seller that I’m baffled at the lack of a sole gamerverse wave that crosses off some of the villains and suits for the PS4 game.
Yeah, those versions of Kate and BP don't look too shabby. It's funny because some of those designs ...like the Cap one... didn't really do anything for me, but others look really good.
I was the same way till I actually saw it on the shelf. This thing is awesome. Only thing that made me twitch was the feet arent even but it makes sense since one foot is booted and the other is bare. He'lll look good next to Cap Wolf. Now I want a line of Universal Monsters Captain Americas
It was the d amazing review that convinced me to pick him up. Actually, hard to watch any of his reviews and not be tempted to pick up a figure he covers. I actually saw a few of this capt america zombie in the pegs this morning and a single what if dr strange, but someone took the BAF out the package. It’s been so long since I saw that in store, pretty much forgot that was a thing. What a disappointment.
Went a little crazy last night and pre-ordered Spiderman 2099, Sandman, Symbiote Suit Spiderman, Hobgoblin, Shocker and Ben Reilly Spiderman on BBTS, bought Black Cat, Mysterio and Electro off Amazon and Kingpin off one other website. I may not have been entirely sober at the time, but oh well, no regrets.
Does it work for preorders that ship after the sale ends? I know some of them lose the discount if that happens.
Just need Ajak and my Eternals will be complete. Until then, Thanos will be placed with his Eternals kin.
