i'm weak, used the target sale to get the other 2 two-packs (storm/thunderbird/Old man/hawk-eye) for ship to home, that's 4 two-packs in 3 days......
lol so for the prof x/magneto and deadpool/nega (in store pick up) it was a pack of playing cards. for this one it was a blind bag car thing for my son.
Yeah, same here. I’m really interested to get the new one and see which one I like better. I plan to give my lesser favorite away (but keep the accessories, of course)
That looks a LOT better man! I have the 2014 Carnage and just the new Carnage on Sunday at Walgreens. The new one gets points for having raised symbiotic details(the entire body looks like it might be unique for Carnage actually), butterfly hinges and a swappable head sculpt. However it seems more slender than the previous Carnages so I prefer the older ones.
Besties! I actually wanted to get Domino first, but I wasn't about to take a chance when it comes to a Walmart exclusive (never saw Worthy Cap or Widow). Cable's pretty cool, but once again that double-balljointed neck is causing issues. It has slightly better range than on some other figures, but it's super gappy. Hell, from some angles it looks like his head is floating above his neck. And on an unrelated note, I noticed that my Deadpool's right leg is slightly longer than the left. Anyone else have that issue? I might try to get a new one if it isn't a regular thing, cuz it's kinda bugging me.
My five Hellfire Guards shipped over the weekend from Pulse, and FINALLY my Hellfire Club set did too, so yay. Still waiting on the Deadpool wave and MCU Groot. At this point I'm thinking Stryfe shows up again as part of a two-pack with Cable at some point. If Hasbro will bring back Fantomex, I think Stryfe can get a 2.0 release. I get why Marvel compresses the timeline of the main continuity, sliding timescale, all that, but given everything most of us have lived through in just the past 20 years in the US/world and how traumatic and exhausting that's been for many of us, our greater cognizance of mental health, and then you look at the batshit crazy timelines of what superheroes have lived through in 8-10ish years, it's just absurd. I know trying to fight nostalgia has been a losing battle for a while now, and these are fictional characters so it's not the same as real people, but it's a little depressing to we that we as a fanbase can't let characters age and retire and see what new characters Marvel can come up with that capture our imagination too. There's always more "Ultimate" universes and/or "one last ride" stories that stall for time until a new Spidey or Cap or X-team can be whipped up. Generation X and New Mutants; I don't need all of them in the original "team" costumes, I just want them to exist in some fashion. I meant to do a list of my own, but then I fell asleep on the couch the past couple nights and forgot to. I'm old. Anyways, I've been thinking about this lately anyways, and my own list is still pretty decent, but it's nice to have faith that we should get a bunch of what we each want over a period of time. Sorry I don't know what that is? I just grabbed a random hat tthat was on one of my other figures at the time.
Remember how Carol Danvers served in the Air Force long enough to make Colonel, then worked for Nasa, then was the editor of two women's magazines, and that was all before Civil War? But never mind that shit, here comes Prime Day! Not a lot so far. I see the Ultimate Riders Wolverine marked down from 60 to 47 (was that really the MSRP? Squirrel Girl sells for 40) and I see the AIM 2-pack down to 31.
Another crack at Family Matters for $40 https://www.amazon.com/Marvel-Legen...ct_DLandingS_M_d23edd91_69&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
I'm sad to report that, Carnage did absolutely nothing for me. I think the Bucky Cap Carnage is still supreme. Denim however, is great. Vernon still looks weird, without a spider. I give Vemin an 8. Both of them had paint problems. I was happy to find one with good eye paint. I order you to go watch Spaceballs, right now. Im sure plenty of its references have flew over your head.
trying my best to translate you here. I guess Denim must be the Venom Deadpool Baf. Vernon I guess is movie Venom and I have no idea who Vemin is.
