First Storm, now War Machine. It's a pity you figures are so damn impossible to find or I might have sense of satisfaction.
I found these balloon leds on Amazon:
Hero Deadpool is always a fun story anyway.
I wonder if the comic version is going to do any better than the MCU version. While it was paired with that neon organge repaint of Iron Man, that version shelf warmed til clearance time. Is comic enough to make people go nutters? Maybe the initial craze like right now with Red Hulk.
Target and Walmart exclusives mean eBay exclusives for me. Which sucks.
Which do you need particularly? There is a small possibility I can help.
Thanks man. Widow, Storm and War Machine if you come across extras. I think it was you that was helping someone with Storm so definitely hit them up first though.
I appreciate it.
Great photo. I just can't respect that character design. It looks like this guy got a symbiote.
I assume Gray Widow? My friend was on the fence on one I ordered for him so if he decides he doesn't want it, it's yours. That or I'll just send you a link if I see her in stock again. Storm and War Machine I'm planning on buying any single one I see so hopefully I'll be able to help you.
I was on the fence getting Gray Widow last week coz I was out of the line of budget.
Then it really went out fast and no longer available (in my favorite hobby shop selling it SRP) less than a week.
Coz I was preparing for Movie Widow (Deluxe & Crimson Dynamo Series), plus Taskmaster.
With Hasbro left and right throwing figures at us, I don't whether to get comic Crossbones and Winter Soldier.
You know what I prefer a Crossbone figure sporting added pads or vest plus some weaponry.
2 uzis, ammo belt and gatling gun may do. His classic outfit looks naked in a way.
I'm wondering if Winter Soldier and Crossbones will stay long in the shelves?
There’s no indication in any of the Toyfair stuff that War Machine is an exclusive. They also didn’t mention it in the livestream, and they were pretty clear about, like, Iron Man 2020 and first appearance Storm.
Honestly forgot this was coming.
Ebay or Marvel unlimited?
What's that? Target is always plentiful in their exclusives. It took 7 months before the Spidey/Kraven pack disappeared.
Marvel Unlimited. I did miss out on the first two Marvel Unlimited figures (gold Ultron and slight redeco Rocket Racoon), but I'll pick those two up eventually. Not sure much they go for these days though. Should check just in case their prices jumped.
It really depends on the Target. There are some around me that never carry exclusives and ones that carry ALL of the exclusives (I seriously saw forty of that Target exclusive Snowtrooper with the cape at one Target). Some Targets just suck.
Got Cosmic Ghost Rider. This is 1 of the only Ultimate Rider sets that feels almost worth the asking price to me. The bike, aside from being pretty big, comes with a ball joint mount/stand. The energy ball has 2 separately molded pieces of sculpted lightning. No instructions on how to assemble but easy to figure out visually after a few minutes.
The sculpted, translucent flames look good with gradiated paint apps. However I worry about plasticizer leeching over time since they already feel somewhat sticky(same issue with Blaze's flames and bike wheels).
Frank himself is a decent figure. Good amount of unique tooling(not sure if anything was reused from before). Just needs a baby Thanos to lug around.
I'm glad we got this crazy version of Ghost Rider but...where the hell is Danny Ketch? I would've picked Ketch over Deadpool and Squirrel Girl.
I think the only reuse is that the legs from the thigh swivel down come from the Red Onslaught wave Taskmaster. Also the chain from the first Ultimate Rider Ghost Rider. Which should probably be red based on all the pictures I've seen. Speaking of, I would've liked a red chain harness for him, but that's a nitpick and yeah he's great.
Also, I'm sure they'll get to Ketch, they're just holding onto it for a while.
