Wow, I had no idea that Venom was that big. Never saw most of the wave (which sucked because I wanted Carnage and Scream), so I never really looked at the size of it. That's way too big for my taste. I prefer the regular version of Venom.

That closed fists only Venom from the Monster Venom wave is very blah with fists instead of/no clawed hands included.

I kinda just wish I can buy the Absorbing Man wave Venom for $19.99 instead of Monster Venom repaint, lol.

Actually I wish the would just re-do the Venom McFarlane comic style and size on a new buck for $29.99 with a bunch of accessories.

First time working on a Legends fig, just painted Wolvie's shoulder pads metallic pearl with some clearcoat

 

Picked up Dr Doom at Target today.

 

Was just at Newberry comics in the Palisades mall. I couldn't get to the Marvel Legends because some dude named Prince Royce is sitting right in front of them signing autographs. I don't know who the f*ck you are but you're sitting right in front of what I want to look at (I wanted to say).

Wish he sat in front of the pops.

The only famous comic book person I've ever gotten to meet was Jim Lee back in the 90s. He was at this little hole in the wall comic shop called Iron Vics. No other customer was even in the store, it was so weird.

Got him to sign X-Men #2.

 

Very cool, he is one of the few big name guys I have yet to meet. That is awesome, but that kind of experience for him will never come again. I have been told his lines are crazy at cons.

 

Completely forgot until I saw the post, but I'm still looking for Cuckoos if anyone has seen them. With so much else to buy, I forgot about them!

I have a Target that's like that. Lots of Wasp, Malekith, and Yon-Rogg. And one lone Retro wave Dazzler that no one seems to want.  

 

I got a second Magik, but I might return it. The dent in her leg kind of worked itself out. She is one of my favorite Legends ever though (as I'm sure I've mentioned an obnoxious number of times) so maybe I will keep her, try to do a custom.
