I think that was Spiderman and his Amazing Friends. They couldn't use the Human Torch in that show because his rights were tied up with another company that was planning a solo show that never came to fruition IIRC.
Yeah, the whole, "they were afraid of kids setting themselves on fire" thing is just an old urban myth. It was really because of a rights conflict.
There’s a ton of G.I.Joe PSA voiceovers on YouTube...most are ridiculous...that one was always my favorite...
In light of the COPPA thing it looks like Fwoosh is signing off from youTube. So bummed. I liked their stuff. It always had the latest updates on TF and ML releases and was far gentler on the ears then, say, Shartimus.
Sad news indeed, I literally started a dailymotion and Patreon account to follow Robo. Robo may not know everything, but his love of figures is genuine and full of enthusiasm.
I just looked up Cosmic Ghost Rider on wiki and Spoiler: found out found out he is Frank Castle who sold his soul to Mephisto, AND he is also a herald of Galactus. Jumping the shark? I still want his upcoming Marvel Legends figure.
Just an FYI but IMHO that should have been put under spoiler tags since IIRC that was the surprise reveal of the first story arc.
