I don't wanna be that poor fella as much as possible.
Like he bought BAF Puck on eBay at $180 then the boxset just came out.

I see a lot of Epic Dr. Dooms with sudden price drops on there as well!

Yep.. Gonna sell mine. Some peeps who will buy Epic Dooms for cheap will use it for their Doombots displays.

Yeah gotta admit it's a clever strategy if Hasbro wanted to kill the secondary market. Make everyone afraid to buy old figures at marked up prices because they just might re-release it down the road at regular cost.

I'm trying to decide if I should even bother selling off my Doctor Doom. I doubt I would even get my money back.

It's also the other way around - it discourages people from hoarding and holding on for a huge payday since they won't know when Hasbro will drop a re-issue or update. I honestly like the way Hasbro is doing things, since they at least enable new or lapsed fans to re-enter the hobby without a huge barrier of a crazy aftermarket for popular characters. I expect we'll see the likes of Rogue being re-released soon for all the people who missed out on them.

I use Toy Hollywood. Its a really good visual checklist that's broken down by company and waves.
For ToyBiz ML: Complete List of Marvel Legends Action Figures
For Hasbro Return of Marvel Legends: Complete List of Return of Marvel Legends (ROML) Action Figures
For Hasbro Infinite Series: Complete List of Marvel Legends Infinite Series Action Figures

Only thing that's not complete about this site is that it doesn't include exclusive releases.

The Complete Guide to Marvel Legends - A very detailed database that includes most of the exclusives.

Figure Realm - A very near comprehensive database on all toylines made (Transformers, G.I. Joe, Marvel, DC, etc.); Marvel Legends being one of the categories thats extensively updated.

There's also a site called Action Figure Art. Unfortunately, the page seems to be down at the moment...

So I was just looking at the Alpha Flight pack (and correct me if someone had mentioned this already) but are Snowbird's eyes looking left? With every other character looking straight on, it just looks weird.

I think it depends - but yes there have been several cases, but most I think are outside the US (exclusives such as Nemesis Prime, Punch/Counterpunch were available in specialty and select toy stores in Asia for example). In some cases when Amazon's exclusive is just an early release, they can show up in the US.

Public Service Announcement: Beast and Jubilee are both available for $25 at BBTS and qualify for $4 flat rate shipping.

@Sangron should expect ye olde "sorry, my kid bid on this, I have to cancel" e-mail any time now.

You won't get back $15 dollars, assuming you bought at retail?

And another public service announcement, if you find an exclusive like White Queen, please post at the very least your state.

I have no idea why, but when I saw Scorpion in that pose, Backstreet Boys popped into my head.
