Haha! At that point, you should have just sat at the drive thru window and slowly ate your food. Anywho, the Target resets are next Sunday on the 28th and while Targets are getting stuff in, they're being piled up in random places so they don't know where to look for them. Chances are though, they will either show up on the 28th or earlier if an employee finds the stack sooner.
As a slight aside, I was so irked at the lack of Endgame Final Battle Thor that I forgot to mention that we're getting a Nate Grey figure; I thought for sure I was one of 8 people who actually read X-man back in the day.
Nate Grey, AOA Morph, AOA Blink, . The AOA 25th annniversary is next year so I guess theyre starting the festivities early.
Yes, what I can tell you as a former backroom manager and toy department manager for Target is that you need to find out what days your store gets trucks and check then. Checking everyday is just a waste of your time and leads to the kind of idiot induced frustration I see from a lot of people on these boards that are completely clueless about how retail actually works. Also, since we're bringing up the Target resets... yes the reset is supposed to be done soon, but that doesn't mean it will be. If your store's planogram team (the team responsible for doing the resets) is running behind than the reset might not be done or even started when it's supposed to be. My store's planogram team was pretty much regularly two weeks behind and I've heard of some store's teams being up to a month behind. This largely happens to do not getting enough people to work on the team or, during the this time of the year when lots of resets are supposed to happen, the stores department managers not coming overnight like their supposed to to help the team. Now, all that said, the store should be getting new product for the reset already... especially if it's a big reset and there's lots of new product for it. BUT... it's probably not scanned into the system due to getting entire pallets for a department that are pre-wrapped and are all dated for the reset. In other words... the store will know that they have the stock, but because those pallets aren't broken down and are just set aside in a holding area in the back for the planogram team to go through and stock the shelves after they do the reset... they employees can't locate anything for you without digging through multiple pallets of reset product for that department. Actually I'm really excited for Nate Grey... loved his character back than. Basically he was Cable without all the limits the techno virus put on him. Pretty cool concept. While I'm not really interested in most of the AoA stuff I'll take any of the characters like Nate and Blink who've stuck around since such as Dark Beast, Holocaust and Sugar Man.
Not bad so far. Will need touching up. The blue is easier to see when it isn't in my totally yellow dining room.
I was one of the 8 as well, but I stopped reading it after the book jumped to the 616. Just couldn’t keep up with all the books from a financial perspective at 15 yrs old. It’s funny at that point in life I would have picked up 20+ books a month, but nowadays it’s a struggle to find 5 a month I want to buy(especially from the big 2).
Web lining looks good so far but why are you painting him blue? Are you trying to turn it into a classic suit or?
I like the Far From Home suit's design, but I don't like a black and red Spider-Man suit (unless it's Miles'). So I'm just turning it blue to solve my only quibble with it.
Well they looked them up for me again and still not a single store in CO has received any of the 80th anniversary figures. They're not even listed as being shipped out at all either.
I'm hoping target will put all this crap on their site for drive-up. I did find some black Neca stands, today. Never seen those before.
If we never get to revisit the Astonishing look, this would do for my shelf's Cyclops. Knowing my luck though, they'll use this as inspiration to do Rachel instead, and deny that coat with the sweet tassels.
Is that Vulcan in the back? Thought he was dead... and is this upcoming comic story arc a big Summers family reunion plus Logan? I think so. BBTS and a few other online shops have it listed for preorder currently.
I guess he's as un-dead as Jean, Wolverine, and Scott are. I have seen it pointed out that Logan is rather conspicuous on the cover, but this book promises a huge cast of basically every X-Man ever. Off topic, but Psylocke is graduating to Captain Britain in the new X-line. Which means someone... else is going to be Psylocke.
