These two, yes. They are sorely needing figures. Also, Strong Guy, who I was hoping was the BAF for the newest X-Men wave before they revealed Caliban and fellow 90's X-Factor teammate, Wolfsbane. I mean they made Multiple Man, and Quicksilver in the upcoming 3-pack counts so let's see 90's X-Factor get some more love.
I agree, who doesn't love Guido?! While I'm more fond of 80's X-Factor, I'd love to complete both versions. What would be really nice is if they just made an SDCC set of each team. I'd gladly overpay just to keep from having to hunt for the damn things.
Well now that they have pretty much checked off most of my wants list with the reveals and recently releases of Mystique, Prof X, Gambit, Beast, classic Magneto, Sinister, Nightcrawler, and Colossus, my new top 10 X-Men list is: First Appearance Storm Byrne/Cockrum Banshee Ariel Stryfe rerelease Alien Brood (maybe as an army builder pack) Deathbird Arcade Avalanche Pyro Blob
I'd like 80's X-Factor as well as the 90's since I've been recently gotten into reading all the issues from the start. We've got the possible start to the 80s X-Factor with white/blue costume Cyclops. I'd like to hope the rest of the team is in the pipeline. Though if Hasbro wanted to be lazy, they could say Archangel and the upcoming Beast were the fill-ins for the team.
Oh, I'm good with Archangel. I don't need the red/white with feather wings. I'll be perfectly happy with completing the Inferno-era team lineup. Beast and Archangel are totally fine. We just need red/yellow XF Jean and a proper block-headed Iceman, preferably with his wrestling belt and a big slide. My X-Men want-list is immeasurable. From Hound Phoenix to Nimrod to Lila Cheney to Layla Miller... I want them all. I just hope Hasbro keeps the license long enough to get to as many as possible.
My essential X-Men list is: Modern Kitty Pryde Nightcrawler Rachel Grey Laura Wolverine Armor Mercury Triage Cyclops* Emma Frost** Magik Storm Blink Polaris*** Thunderbird ... I feel like I've typed this recently, lol. *I'm not really sure what kind of Cyclops I want, I'm not terribly attached to the character. Astonishing X-Men was my favorite story with him in it but they're unlikely to make a figure of that costume again anytime soon. The upcoming Vintage Cyke is intriguing. The Jim Lee designs have never done much for me. **The same is true for Emma. I prefer her to be in white and I don't feel super strongly about the corset or the Astonishing outfit. I kinda feel like the perfect Emma costume hasn't been drawn yet. The Walgreens Emma does have a nice face sculpt though. ***There theoretically isn't anything wrong with the current Polaris figure, she hasn't changed her costume very much in the last several years, the way they did it is just kind of dated. I'm also rather attached to the Gifted version of the character, and I don't think she was around for the Morrison era to get an edgelord jacket costume of her own.
Thank you sir. Went ahead and threw an order in. Ended up being cheaper with shipping than waiting to find one locally.
I don't either, but crazier things have happened. If you had told me six months ago that DC would leave Mattel for Spin Master, i'd have laughed my ass off. Spin Master, known for their collectible action figures like Paw Patrol & Kinetic Sand. Ugh.
Hey, their Tron Legacy line would have been a strong contender for one of the GOATs if only they hadn’t based the figures so heavily around the light-up gimmick.
Most of my X-Needs are covered or on the way but I could certainly go for Avalanche and Pyro, X-Man and a Traveller Cable, and maybe Box as a BAf - if they're going to keep going with that model. When are we likely to hear/See next wave reveals? Endgame is getting pretty close now.......
Me neither. But at the same time, looking at how much ML product Hasbro pushed out last year, and this year looking much the same, it's like Hasbro kicked things into high gear to get as much product done as possible and try to satisfy as much fan demand as possible, just in case. As if they have cause to feel worried about Disney. Very doubtful of Disney withdrawing though. Especially considering the alternatives. But like Nacho said, crazier things have happened.
At this point X-Men wise, what I want to see made...is gonna be a lot of 90's stuff cause that's the X-Men I was introduced to/grew up with... 90's Storm (hinted to be coming) 90's Jean Grey (redo) 90's Iceman (which can be repurposed into X-Factor Iceman and Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends Iceman) 90's Banshee/GS Banshee (redo) 90's X-Factor Havok 90's X-Factor Polaris 90's X-Factor Strong Guy 90'S X-Factor Wolfsbane 90's X-Force Domino 90's X-Force Feral 90's X-Force Siryn 90's X-Force Warpath 90's X-Force Richtor 90's X-Force Sunspot 90's Excalibur Captain Britain (redo) 90's Excalibur Meggan 90's Excalibur Phoenix (Rachel Grey in Hound costume) 90's Excalibur Shadowcat And then aside from that era... Firestar (classic) Avalanche (redo) Pyro (redo) Destiny Toad (sorely in need of redo) White Queen (classic or Generation X) Hellfire Club soldier (to set a pile of around Wolverine) Longshot (redo) Chamber (Generation X) Marrow
