Spoiler I can't wait for these to just be space suits after the Internet spent months obsessing over the Quantum Realm. Because, you know, Thanos is in space.
While Legends are on sale at Walgreens, I just picked up an Iceman. If you need an Iceman and, have a Green Goblin or, Rogue at your store, I'd like to trade. And why are those suits a spoiler? Theres hoodies of it at Walmart and, Hot Wheels with them.
Magik didn’t go up for almost a month or two after i found her in store. so there is no ryhyme or reason to when they add stuff to the website
Eh, I didn't find her in-store until two days ago, months after I ordered her on the website. Their distribution/restocking is all over the map.
Got my Professor X and Deadpool 'rider' sets yesterday from BBTS. It's so nice to finally have a 6 inch scale Professor X with his hoverchair in the Marvel Legends line. It's nice and hefty, too. I won't be using the Cerebro effects, but the helmet by itself looks good. Also, I dunno how often people look at the inside packaging of their Marvel Legends, but the background for Professor X is all the main members of the 90s X-Men cartoon series. (Cyclops, Jean Grey, Rogue, Gambit, Storm, Wolverine, Beast, Jubilee) That's a pretty cool thing they didn't have to do, but it also affirms to me that they know probably a lot of people are looking to complete that version of the X-Men with only the 90s Storm and maybe (hopefully) a redo of 90s Jean Grey to complete the team. Now with Deadpool...I wasn't really that interested in him, but after taking him out of the package, I find him to be pretty fun. I love the optional stickers that come with to decorate the moped. I think it'd makes for a cool little thing for kids (and grown up kids) to make their mopeds look unique from one another. Obviously, Dogpool and Squirrelpool are pretty much statues, but I kind of expected that. Still, when you have Deadpool seated on the moped and those two on his back, it's a cool little display piece.
Found Starforce Captain Marvel at Target today. It's a nice looking figure, but I was hoping to find another one so I could have both characters.
The fact that the employee at whatever store that was was so fucking lazy disgusts me. If I return a figure, my store inspects the hell out of it to make sure everything is what is shown on the box (which sucked when there used to be variants). Anyway, I went to 5 Walgreens today and not a single Mystique. There were tons of Namor (one store had 18 of him), some Human Torches, Invisible Womans, Medusas, Blizzards, DareDevils, that lady in red from the future, Magiks, Dazzlers, Phoenixes, Havoks, and Old Man Logans. Two of the stores did have General Veers for Star Wars though, but since I only have enough for one, I had to pass on him since I'd rather get Mystique.
I doubt that considering Amazon easily has the return tied to your account. All they have to do is look at it and see it's missing the BAF and bam, they don't refund your money for it.
This. It's soooo insanely easy to commit fraud when it comes to Amazon it's not even funny. I've heard horror stories from friends who are third party Amazon sellers about people getting refunds even though tracking shows that the item was delivered just because the buyer claimed it never arrived to Amazon.
That's really all it takes too. Their appeals process is a robot that just repeats the original conclusion. If you're ever thinking of selling on Amazon, sign up with throwaway everything (bank account, credit card, e-mail, etc) and be ready to close it all down the instant an A2Z claim is filed. They'll still take your account but at least they can't take your money.
Add to that the schleps working in the returns department. They probably get so much shit it's not even worth their time to investigate an action figure that may not look like the name of the character on the original packaging. They just damage it out and move on...
