Thankfully the X-Men wave is the only announced wave I need every figure too.

Although, I' sure we will get a new Spidey wave revealed at TF next month.

That's the BAF? That didn't look like a BAF to me.

The wings are huge, like a 12" span or so, and with a fair amount of moving panels and details. Definitely not standard figure territory.

And what the press release seemed to suggest was that it was just the wings that are the "Build-a-Figure". Vulture is a separate figure to himself, and every figure comes with parts for his flight gear.

Doc Ock, Vulture, The Enforcers, Big Man, Tomb Stone, Scorpion, Mysterio, Spider-Man Noir, Molten Man, Kingpin, Smythe, Silver Sable, Demogoblin, Lizard, Cloak, Dagger, Shriek, Carrion, and Sleepwalker disagree with you.

Good list. Barring horrible mold/costume choices, I'd buy the above from the list. .

    "Crazy!" ;)

Starlord is probably going to be the easiest/cheapest to find, as he's the only one that's double-packed in the case. Six months from now, WM and Amazon will have him at $10 and begging you to take one.

I'd buy them regardless just to at least have the character then hope for a better version later (like I am with Morbius and like I did with Hobgoblin).

Probably true. But I get less bent out of shape over a toy I bought for myself dropping in price than cases of toys I bought for resale dropping in price. It's the difference between being out $10 and out $500.

Oh, I get it. I paid full price for a case of the x-men wave and I don't regret it. I had visions of the prior x-men waves that never even sniffed store shelves in my area, and I was damn glad I ordered those. If it's something I really want, full price is acceptable. That being said, I have nothing against GotG, but it is not a favorite or must-have for me. If they never clearance and I never get a single figure from the wave, I won't lose any sleep. However, being double-packed, I'll be stunned if Starlord isn't the new Beetle/Mordo/RedGuardian pegwarmer.

Darkhawk is the only figure from the GotG wave I want, so he is the only one I will be buying immediately.

I will be preordering the X-Men wave the moment BBTS has it. The same goes for the next Spidey wave regardless of who is in it.

Even if he's better, how many people who bought the last one will think he's enough better to pay $20 for another one? Not being a huge GotG fan, these figures only look slightly different than the ones from the previous movie. Maybe more discerning Guardians fans will disagree. Who knows.

I hate rebuying characters, even if the new one is an improvement. Not to say that I haven't done it, or that I won't do it again, but I really dislike doing so.

Went to Gamestop today cause I heard about Marvel legends being on clearance for 10 dollars or less... Nope, still sitting at 20 dollars. Guess it was only for New Years weekend.

Cool list but you'll get about 3 versions of Spider-Man for every 4 of those you'll get.

They should do a dedicated, separate Spider-Man Legends line along side the regular Legends. Like ToyBiz was doing for a while.

Also it would be hard to top the TB Scorpion imo. Looks like he jumped right out of a McFarlane comic.

Yeah, I hate the ball-hips, but otherwise, he's one of the best figures TB put out. That metallic green paint is pretty.

While I was out toy hunting I went ahead and participated in Targets small clearance sell on Legends. Picked up Whirlwind and after a little heat therapy to fix a warped leg he isn't half bad. To be honest I picked him up mostly because he sort of reminds me design wise of something you'd see from Showa era tokusatsu. And that just amuses me to end.

Sadly though while out on the hunt I failed to find any hint of Sandman wave anywhere.
