“He broke in!” “He stole it from under me.” “I knew he would be coming ever since we landed here, but he will not make it off the planet!” Optimus Prime picks up his comlink: “Level five breach. Dinobots I need assistance….Nemesis Prime is loose!” Miles away a black cab is moving fast, with determination. Nemesis Prime is driving down a makeshift highway of dirt through rough terrain, burning like gears in Omega Supremes’ engine. Ready to erupt but trying to stay hidden, he must achieve the impossible. “I have it…back where it belongs. The power is mine, but I must get off this planet. I am the only Decepticon that can wield the Matrix and control its power. Scourge couldn’t…..Galvatron couldn’t. I wasn’t formed from Unicron; I can control this and change my hom….” Nemesis Prime stops mid thought to notice something flying towards him. Swoop was the first one to reach the dark warrior. With a loud screech, Swoop dives and drops two missiles right in the path of Nemesis Prime to slow him down. Nemesis transforms and jumps into battle stance. Pulling his gun from his back, he aims for Swoop as the Dinobot is turning in mid flight to make another pass. He fires and makes a direct hit sending Swoop to the ground a few paces away. Nemesis Prime knows that he can’t stop all five of the Dinobots and if Swoop found him, the others can’t be far behind. “Scan optical; zoom north” “Damn it Prime, always sending the Dinobots to do your dirty work.” He sticks his index finger up and the tip opens up to reveal a needle like object. With a whizzing noise, the object pops out and Nemesis throws it on the ground. “Locate objects CMC 244, 245, 246, and 247.” The needle is gauging the vibrations of the oncoming Dinobots to see how much time he has. 247.1…… 246.0…… 245.5…… 244.0…… SMASH! With a fierce hit, Swoop dives down and rams Nemesis Prime in the chest which sends him into the dirt. As Nemesis Prime lies in the dirt stunned and dazed from the hit, Grimlock and the other four Dinobots arrive and line up in front of him. Grimlock opens up his comlink and begins communication with Optimus Prime. “Optimus…we have him….him is here and him not looking so good.” “Detain him only Grimlock, he is carrying precious cargo. I’m on my way” Nemesis Prime stirs and looks at the 5 massive Dinobots. Knowing he is still outnumbered five to one, Nemesis still takes action and leaps to his feet. “Fools…there will be no detainment. You will have to kill me.” At that moment, he jumps into the air and holds out his arms. The trailer that is attached when Nemesis Prime’s is in cab mode starts to transform and begins forming around him piece by piece. The Dinobots are watching this stunned. The armor that is attaching to him is making him bigger and more powerful and he is starting to resemble Ultra Magnus, but in a much more evil and darker way. This new Nemesis Prime lands to the floor and screams in a deep voice: “I AM SHADOW COMMANDER!” With the Dinobots still stunned, Shadow Commander activates his sword and swings in a downward motion towards Swoop. Swoop falls to his knees realizing that his forearms have been just cut off while disarming him at the same time. Slag is now charging him from behind. Using his internal sensors, Shadow Commander anticipates this attack and jumps backwards over Slag sending his sword his tail through the ground. Holding Slag in place, Shadow Commander quickly takes out his rifle from behind his back and starts firing shots at the remaining three Dinobots. Grimlock is charging while barely dodging these shots. “Ok fake Prime, me no care what orders Optimus gives, me going to stomp you for what you do to Slag!” Jumping in the air in his T-Rex mode, Grimlock opens his jaws wide and comes down biting Shadow Commanders arm with a hard snap. Shadow Commander screams in pain and tries to pry open the mighty jaws of the Dinobot commander. Grimlock now digs his claws into the back of Shadow’s armor as he struggles. Shadow uses the butt of his rifle and hits Grimlock in the head sending him to the floor. Grimlock tears off some of the armor with him which is now riddled with teeth marks. Realizing he is finally free, Shadow turns around to see Sludge and Snarl charging at him. With quick reflexes, Shadow kicks Sludge to the side and is now trying to figure out how to dispense with Snarl. He drops to his knees and reaches for his sword which is still in the tail of the helpless Slag. Shadow grabs his sword and takes a swipe at Snarl missing him. Snarl comes to a stop behind Shadow and transforms igniting his own sword. Shadow stands up to face Snarl. “I can not be defeated Dinobot, I am much more powerful than you” “We’ll see” Both start charging each other; both swords raised for combat. Snarl strikes at Shadow Commanders head. Blocking the attack, Shadow quickly turns on him and kicks him to the ground. Shadow stands over Snarl at this point with his sword above his head. “My swordsmanship can not be rivaled, even by Star Sabers abilities. Your sloppy tactics have no effect on me.” As Shadow Commander prepares to strike at Snarl, eight glowing eyes are staring at him from behind. Grimlock transforms into beast mode. “Me jaws have no rival either! Dinobots…ATTACK!” Shadow Commander steps back from the oncoming fray and claps his hands together, sending a powerful sonic shock through the air. The shock send the four Dinobots hurling backwards, just then Shadow himself gets knocked to the ground by what feels like a hammer to his back. Snarl uses his tail whip attack to take down Shadow. “Me thinks that will leave a dent” Shadow Commander glares at snarl and whispers: “That will be the last thing you ever do again Dinobot” Shadow produces his large, cannon size rifle and takes aim at Snarl firing a laser so large that it engulfs the mighty Dinobot as his lifeless body falls to the ground. Grimlock looks on in disbelief as his comrade has fallen to the ground. “Snarl! Noooooooo…..You won’t get away with this!” Just then Optimus Prime comes over on Grimlocks’ comlink: “Grimlock, keep his distracted…I will be there in a few moments” Grimlock partially ignores the communication and starts charging at Shadow Commander full force. Shadow turns the Rifle Cannon on Grimlock and fires. The power of the blast knocks Shadow back a bit and misses Grimlock completely. Grimlock gets close enough to lock his jaws onto the gun. Grimlock transforms while knocking down Shadow at the same time. He tosses the gun to Slag and then starts bashing Shadows head with his gigantic fists. The blows are powerful enough to start breaking loose Shadows’ head armor. Underneath, Nemeis Primes’ face is starting to show heavy damage. “Why Prime want you alive I do not know. All me Grimlock knows is you kill Snarl” From behind Grimlock, a familiar voice speaks up. Optimus Prime, looking like someone has done a medieval operation on him, walks over to Nemesis Prime and Grimlock showing heavy damage to his chest where the leadership Matrix once was: “He stole the Matrix of Leadership Grimlock, that’s why.” “Then me Grimlock steal it back.” Grimlock starts tearing away at Shadow Commanders armor to reach the chest plate where the Matrix is sitting. As he is about to rip open the chest, Nemesis eyes light up and something starts beeping inside of his chest. Optimus realizes what is happening. “Grimlock….no, wait!” “BOOOOOOOOOOM” Just as Optimus predicted, Nemesis Primes’ chest was rigged with a trap. Everyone within the area was blown back several hundred feet. Optimus is barely moving and the already damaged Dinobots are just lying still. Absorbing much of the blast himself, but somewhat protected by the Shadow Commander armor, Nemesis stands up slowly checking to make sure that the Matrix is still intact. He surveys the scene around him and sneers; he knows the Autobots aren’t dead but badly damaged. Realizing now is the perfect time to make his escape, Nemesis stands up and deactivates the Shadow Commander armor which then in turn transforms back into his trailer. Nemesis transforms into truck mode and speeds off with the Matrix and the Shadow Commander armor in tow. 3 days later back on Earth, Grimlock is standing over the badly damaged Snarl who is currently in stasis as the other Dinobots are getting their wounds treated by Wheeljack and Ratchet. Optimus walks up behind Grimlock and looks at the fallen Snarl as well. “Me worried Snarl no live Optimus” “Ratchet and Wheeljack seem to think he’ll be alright Grimlock, he just needs to rest. Optimus walks over to Teletran 1 and starts looking into the Monitor. Grimlock follows him and looks at him. “What we do now Optimus?” “We need to find him Grimlock….before he opens it.” “Dinobots will be ready to fight Optimus. Me Grimlock needs to get him back for what he do to Snarl” Coming out of his lab, Wheeljack walks up to Prime: “Optimus, the Powered Commander upgrade is online and ready to go. Just let me know when you want it.” “I’m ready Wheeljack…I have no other choice but to be. The Autobot Matrix of Leadership needs to be back with me…with us. Let’s ROLL OUT!” The far reaches of space….a planet are completely engulfed in a mob of red robots destroying each other. One robot is standing in the middle of them all, a black spec amongst a sea of red mayhem. Nemesis Prime is holding something in his hands, struggling with it. “I must save my people. I have to be their savior.” “Open damn it……..Open”
