    My list:

-Wizards (Bakshi's best in my opinion)

-Porco Rosso (I know it's a Myazaki film, but not many people talk about it)

    - The Rescuers

That's all I can name for now. Haven't seen American Pop, or any other Studio Ghibli film, but I plan to soon. (Once I get the time that is)

EDIT: Could the mods rename the title please? Forgot to put animated in there.

Iron giant. Was a box office flop and it is a shame. It is my favorite animated movie.

Dinosaur. Beautiful animation that still holds up today, outstanding special effects, score, design. Characters are likable, cinematography is beautiful too. Just a beautiful film visually, if nothing else.

Ah, Chopperface, you say the sweetest things. I loved this film as a kid, and rewatching it recently was quite delightful.

I loved watching that movie as child. Brings me memories.

IMO, Meet the Robinsons and Brother Bear are good underrated films.

    *smacks self on head*

Totally forgot about The Iron Giant.

I thought this did well. At least it did well enough to warrant a sequel (however terrible it may be), and a series.

Agreed. I think this movie got overshadowed by Fantasia 2000.

    Agreed.

This is hardly a surprise coming from me :lol

Balto. The film didn't get much attention at it's release as it premiered when the massively succesful Toy Story was in theaters.
It was however decently successful on home video like many other 90's films and it did manage to spawn two awful direct to video sequels.
Universal Pictures seem to have abandoned the film and haven't announced anything for the 20th anniversary. Not even a blu-ray release.

When I'm having a conversation about animation with others and I bring up the film they will more often than not tell me that they have never heard of it which is a shame.

It is in my opinion one of the greatest animated films of all time easily up there with some of Disney's memorable films.
It features fantastic animation, an excellent soundtrack by James Horner and a great cast including Kevin Bacon, Jim Cummings, Bridget Fonda and Phil Collins. Not to mention the story that is based around the 1925 serum run to Nome in Alaska.

If you love animation then I can only recommend this film.

    As for other films that should be mentioned;
The Pagemaster, The Iron Giant, Titan A.E and "Help I'm a Fish" (although that was quite successful in Denmark).

What about Lilo and Stitch? It gave Disney an original animated Sci-Fi franchise.

That's another good one that flies under the radar. I think a lot of the early 2000's stuff is pretty good yet never really talked about.

I also liked that one, and I appreciated how dark it was willing to go.
