Damn, I completely forgot about the weird-color Seaspray variants. I don't remember how but I always managed to talk my mom into buying me a few of each different G2 Minibot and I know I had both the regular blue one and one that was way more purple, and I was never sure why one was different. I'm also glad to see my boy Hubcap up there even if it's a shame he's only ever gotten two releases.
Not sure if you want to include these, but here is a batch that is running through the 'Bay currently. I have 5 of the Pipes KO (II ordered 5 expecting to get a mixture and ended up with 5 of the same)
Thanks! I ordered a bunch and now waiting for them to show up. That said, the initial pictures show a purple Pipes and you received a yellow Pipes. Anyway to confirm all the actual versions? Are they the same size as G1? (there are some other oversized KOs which are purposely not included in the checklist)
Pipes is still the original size, not sure on the others as I haven't reordered yet. I wish they had sent me multiples of Tailgate instead, cause I have custom ideas for him. Here's one of the Pipes broken down by pieces. and all the rest broken down and bagged but the one in the first post. One of my Pipes is eventually gonna get a Construction paint job and become a G1 Skipjack.
Already have them but I wonder what's stopping HB/Takara from re-issuing Beachcomber,CJ and Brawn( not key chains), Powerglide and Bumper and Swerve (for those who don't own one)

I would love to see them repaint those Minibots - either make Black versions, or white versions, or chrome them - something like that. It doesn't take a lot of imagination to think of some colours - like Bumblebee in Pink (as a homage to Movie Laserbeak or a nod to his popularity with the girls) or in Black with yellow stripes (reverse colours essentially). In fact simply reversing any of them's colours would work rather well.
The Bumblebee on the left in both pics is the '89/early 90s China-manufactured one we got lots of in the UK (Woolworths etc). It's noticeable by the less saturated/rich yellow compared to '85 Rubsign Bee (centre) and the pre-rub '84 Bee (right). Also, unpainted yellow rear bumper and pointed 'chin' rubsign!
