Why is it so hard for companies to make Robot Masters? If these Funko Mega Man figures are around $10, I will get Dr. Wily and probably the standard Mega Man.
I'd love to see a company like the one that makes toys of military men and alien robots get a Mega Man license. Though it's possible it's for the same alleged reason it can feel like an eternity between MP Decepticons: villains apparently don't sell in Japan. There's a gold mine there, especially with Mega Man himself: redecos of his Master Weapon colors, Power, Jet, and Super Rush versions, reuse the same base body for Protoman and several RMs, BAFs of bruisers like Frost Man, or even Wily Machines, etc.
Looks like those MM11 figures are coming out soon; you can even pre-order it, I think: Rockman Corner: How to Pre-Order the Mega Man 11 3-Pack Figure Set
I'd better get on it then. @soundwavempl There's your robot master. I'd also suggest checking online for the Loyal Subjects MM figs. They have Cut Man and Skull Man, as well as kidrobot who has all the MM1 Robot Masters.
Cool, thanks. I have seen the Loyal Subjects MM figures but they are too expensive for blind boxed figures. I collected some of the MOTU Loyal Subject figures but paying $13-$15 for a blind bagged figure was too much for me.
You can sometimes find them on eBay for cheapish sight seen, now that the line has ended. I made my daughter pick one for me, because she has uncanny luck with blind bags. Found Skull Man for me. I got stuck with 3 Zeros and 3 Basses, not a single Mega Man or X though. Crazy huh? (Plus Loyal Subjects actually takes time to respond to customers and seem willing to take suggestions character-wise. They're great!) Jazwares had a short-lived retro line and they produced Elec Man, Shadow Man and Guts Man. We never did get Ice Man made and of course, there are the ruby spears toys. Some of them aren't bad price-wise. I didn't pay that much for a Guts Man that needed a lil tlc paint wise. Though Snake and Ice cost a bit more then I personally am willing to part with.
What is their B&N price? I might have to go on a trek to go get one today since their is a 25% coupon this weekend.
I just stopped in and got the vile ride armor and a blind box figure. The ride armor is 40 and there is 25% off in store with coupon. B&N has been having lots of bluefin stuff these days. The section is usually not near the actual toy department.
I’m going to try and do a review of the ride armor between finals. I do wish they labeled series 2 of the 66 figures like before. Someone opened 2 that were there so o grabbed the single unopened one.
