Someone will likely KO it in the form of a recast eventually (that megaman zero has already been KOd), but be warned recasted resin kits require more work, time, and skill than Originals to get looking good
AmiAmi actually has Chogokin Rockman for a lot cheaper at 7300 yen: Chogokin - Mega Man X: GIGA ARMOR X[Bandai] Tempted to pick it up at that price but I'm not 100% convinced on it after seeing video reviews. Seems like the armor pieces can be annoying when used as armor and hinders articulation a bit (which isn't too surprising).
I, myself, didn't experience any issues with my copy. The shoulders did pop out, but only if I posed the shoulders in a careless way where the body would push them out. Can't fault the figure for that. Also, if you pull Rush's tail, the back piece pops up for the behicle mode. I don't think I had seen anyone cover that. Some reviewers didn't even put some parts on right... I think that if you like it and want it, get it! It's a nice, solid figure and I really like it.
Yeah, I'm sure overall it's a good figure, I'm just not sure if I really need it in my collection. Haha.

I don't recommend buying it from EE either. They always oversell and don't have the decency to actually notify you of a problem (usually spun to be your fault, like a card they never charged being overlimit somehow or your address that works everywhere else being undeliverable) until it's sold out everywhere else.
For megamans 30th Sentinel is doing some form of reissue of these exclusive 4inchnel MM releases So everything except panda Idk for sure where or when they will be available as of yet, but if I had to guess I think they would go up on their webshop
