That kind of wording, it sounded like stores under-ordered, not people. Mega fucks up a lot of things but that’s happened more than once on desirable releases before. Just another reason to lament the loss of TRU, which would often save the day in cases like this.
I question this. Sounds to me like justification for canceling a line. Why wasn’t A MOTU offering made for the current fan vote? Hmm.
They can't make an Advent Calendar without canceling it. Now they can't make a figure pack without canceling it. They managed to make the Land Shark and Monstroid sets without whining "Very low orders, could not produce!", so maybe there will be more of those rather than completely canceling the line. We need: Attak Trak Dragon Walker Bashasaurus Spydor Fright Fighter Blaster Hawk Mantisaur Laser Bolt Plus playsets.
I know I'm just one person, but in the middle of February this year, I finally caught on about how cool the Mega Construx MOTU stuff is, and I bought *EVERYTHING I COULD* to catch up. I have everything I want except for the Battle Bones set(lol, not for those secondary prices), and the Battle for Eternia 2 set. If anyone can help me out with at least the BFE2 set, I would really appreciate it. I probably won't be building Castle Grayskull or Snake Mountain until my birthday, but everything else has been a blast! All this is to say that these went under my radar, and would have benefited from better advertising, because as soon as I knew how amazing these all were, I snapped it ALL up. I may have gone overboard with Mekaneck, though. Got two extra Battle Rams, and I think I want two more.

I used the extras I bought to make a Mantisaur for Hordak. But, yeah, when they were ten bucks, I bought a few to make queen variants as well.
Meijer stores have Mega brands stuff 20% off this week. Plus some stores have clearanced out some older sets. I was hoping for a restock of Halo wave 16 packs but instead they have moved on to wave 17. Guess the wave 16 box was a one and done deal.
Battle for Eternia II just arrived from Amazon.com. totally worth checking the listing often. I did that until it showed in stock and snagged it. Original ship date had a range between April and May... then BLAM arrived today. Orko is everything I hoped he world be.
I put in my Amazon order for BfE2 back when it was through Amazon UK (like I still ordered it on .com but it should be coming from .co.uk). It's been frustrating to see people who ordered from the regular Amazon listing after me get theirs already and mine still hasn't shipped. I think there was a window where I could've switched but I wasn't sure if it was a good idea and now Amazon.com shows it unavailable so it seems that it's too late. Hopefully they ship it soon.
If you are willing to check Amazon.com daily, the MOTU eternia set keeps popping up for a few hours here and there. Have to be patient but I've seen it 6 different times over the past 4 weeks or so..
