I feel like Mega just throws a S load of pieces now in there just in case. I've yet to see a Lego set like that but I've only put together my nephew's sets. I remember my pirates ship back in 94 and island and I dont think it had extra pieces, but maybe.
Lego's manufacturing and packaging is some of the best out there. About the only thing you get extras of are the pieces I suspect that they expect you're most likely to drop and lose during assembly. Small studs and the like.
Greyskull, stratos, scareglow and the dragon GOT set arrived this week. Can happily say greyskull was in a shipper box (thanks god), now to assemble them over the coming weeks.
Finally got the Wind Raider. Now to find Greyskull, I am not missing that one like I did the f'ing Technodrome.
While I'm glad I was able to get my hands on the Hornet, it absolutely sucks that the only places I've been able to find recent sets, aside from Target, ate the likes of Ross an TJMaxx/Marshalls. That's really bad.
For those who still need a Battle Bones, the PowerCon after sale is live. I was able to pick one up for $50 and shipping it probably going to be between $15-$20. =Don't know that I care much for something this exposed, Clutch. Give me a tank any day. -Yeah. But it's small, fast and nimble. All the opposites of something clunkier like, say, a tank. =Nimble... Don't reckon I care much for nimble. You know what else it's the opposite of? Bulletproof!
Picked up the COD Desert Tactics and Navy weapons crates at Meijer today. They had Firebreak as well, but I have it already.
This site is confusing. I go to add one to my cart and it's saying there's so many seconds until tickets are released and it wants to know who will be picking up the tickets from will call. Why is it talking about tickets?
Yeah, it is confusing. Technically you are buying products but it is being listed as a will call ticket. Your will be charged for the item you purchased but you won't be charged shipping until the sale ends on 10/27. You will then have to pay for shipping via PayPal. It looks like the Zombie He-man and Battle Bones already sold out.
