I put it up in the want ads section for the site, but thought I would ask here as well. I'm looking for a set of the MP11 shoulder pads, if anyone happens to have a set that they are willing to part with. No idea what those would go for on their own, but if you are willing to part them out, please feel free to shoot me a message. Thanks!!

I had bought MP-52+ Skywarp and Thundercracker back in 2022 when retailers had them on sale but never had time to open them until recently.

Finally transformed both seekers and placed them with Screamer. Yeah, these are cool!

My only minor criticism is the purple on Skywarp. Does it seem a little dark?

Feel like they never get the purple right (cartoon-accurate)

I have been looking at to get the MP-36 Megatron. I have noticed the price is cheaper if it comes from China. But I have seen several came from Japan and it cost more. Is the China versions KOs?

Yup, they bungled it. It was perfect on the hand-painted prototype that they used for all the promotional images. And then the final production figure inexplicably had a different purple. The change wasn’t known to anyone until we started getting the figure in hand, so it rightfully pissed a lot of folks off.

Been wanting a new MP. I have most big hitters from recent memory. Any pre-mp44 gems I should get?

MP-33 Inferno and MP-35 Grapple are some underrated gems imo

I'd highly recommend Inferno if you can find a copy. Fake edit: Damn beaten.

I'd also recommend at least one copy of Skids since he was a nice and simple transformation that harkens back to the original lines. Also a copy of the Sunstreaker mold, which is nice.

I'll third Inferno. Grapple is just as nice, as well. You can't go wrong with Sunstreaker or Trailbreaker/Hoist, either. The way they got so much difference out of trailbreaker and Hoist is amazing to me, honestly. And if you haven't, the latest seeker mold is, imo, superb.

Gotta join the choir here and say Inferno.
An absolute delight. Fun transformation with an awesome Masterpiece Moment™︎, amazing poseability, gorgeous sculpt and the most durable paint I’ve seen on any MP. Delicious thick coat of yummy fire engine red. Oh and of course chrome! Chrome makes anything better.

More than likely, yes unfortunately. Save your money for the real deal. If you're stuck with a bootleg (hopefully not), you're better off with one of the "4th party" versions.

Definetly Megatron and Sunstreaker if you don't already have them. And like most have already replied, Inferno and Grapple. Yeah, they're that good, especially Inferno as he is easily the one of the best overall MP releases. And saying that, he's not even close to being my favorite character. That good.

And finally the Datsuns. The "+" releases offer a tad bit more up-to-date benefits with toon accuracy and more accessories but both versions look good. The original versions will fit well with a "toy version" MP setup.
