I’ve been eyeing picking up Primal and Starscream 3.0 in the near future. Any issues I should be aware of with these figures? I’ve been weary of MP purchases because of recent QC issues (Primes knee, Hound…) and want to make sure there’s no major flaws in design that will ruin enjoyment of the figures.

I'm getting Aliens vibes from this scene.

 

Both are fantastic figures but out of the two I’d say Primal is the most fun to transform. While Primal doesn’t have any widespread QC issues whatsoever, there have been reports of Starscream’s ankle joints cracking. A small crack forming at the base of his rear stabilizers is quite common but doesn’t affect anything and is merely a (barely visible) cosmetic issue.

Not sure if this is the right place for this, or if anyone has noticed before / discussed before.

I just got my MPG Getsuei from Hasbro Pulse, and was looking at the train track. When all of a sudden I noticed that the two pieces were NOT the same.

Specifically, on the bottom, when connected together...



Now, to me, that looks very much like some kind of sword storage! But... I hadn't seen any depictions of Raiden that featured a sword? I am likely very wrong, but that is pretty unmistakable...

Anyone else notice that?

Apparently Raiden used a sword in like one episode. There's a screen cap somewhere in the Raiden thread, if I'm not mistaken.
