You're definitely not the only one! I feel Tracks is highly underrated. Love the way he looks (I dig his proportions & he has one of the best paint jobs in the line), I love transforming him, and he's a lot of fun to pose! I am definitely down for a + version though. Not just for a more cartoon accurate blue & red hood flame, but also for a new more accurate cartoon head sculpt with multiple faces and probably effects pieces. That said, I still need to get around to getting Smokescreen+! I just bought the Sunstreaker reissue to replace the og I broke, so I might wait a bit longer.

Awesome stuff, man! Really appreciate the care and nuance in all the poses and the composition. Bravo, sir!

Really been digging the battle damage parts after reenacting Prime & Megatron's final battle.

About the only change I’d like to see on Tracks would be double jointed elbows. He’s pretty limited in that respect. He’s a great figure otherwise and a steal at the prices he is commonly available for!

Definitely agree. It's weird that Tracks was given forward shoulder articulation & an ab crunch (however small), but isn't even able to bend his elbows 90 degrees. So glad we've been at the point where deep elbow and knee bends are pretty much a given now!

More Tracks appreciation - I love his opening hood! The trend of the vehicle modes being more functional really seems to have started with Tracks. I've had him on my shelf in car mode with the hood popped & Wheeljack+ working on him for a few months now.

Have you ever chipped the blue paint on yours? Mine is still flawless. It’s impressive to me that he is covered in paint like that and everything still works great. No chips, no scrapes and no overly tight joints.

Still flawless! Why can't they all have paint that durable?!

I'm thinking of pre-ordering MP-49 on the Japanese Amazon site for roughly $200 shipped. Can anyone tell me if the price will remain low after its release date? What has been the standard for other masterpiece figures as of late?

It will climb. MP-10B was going for ridiculous money before the reissue years later.

MP8. Had this figure out because I wanted to remind my son about the LED function in the right hand. LED did not light up. Replaced batteries and no luck. I'm like...not again: the black wire from the LED had snapped for the 2nd time. Fixed it again. The first time, I had enough slack to do a repair. 2nd time, I used a leftover leg from a different LED project and bridged the gap. If it breaks a third time, I'm just going to replace the whole LED setup in the hand.

Sadly, still MP-10. The more recent anime style, hyper-paneling figures have been QC debacles one right after another. Bought a 2nd MP-10 recently.

The 20th annivesary soundtrack has been in my xB’s CD player for years now. I did manage to have the original soundtrack CD get signed by Stan Bush. I dared to believe that day.

Is there a difference between the 20th anniversary and standard release? Amazing to have a signed Stan Bush copy!

The toys - yes! But I wish I did this shot better. Should've had Prowl & Wheeljack on some kind of riser & Bumblebee could've been angled more toward the camera and closer to it to make him larger in the frame. Still, though, I've wanted to recreate this shot since before 44 & 45 were released and had fun doing it. Can't believe it took me so long to get to it!

I said it in the other thread, but worth repeating... @chchchch ,these shots are next level!!! Some of your best yet! Which is really saying something! I can’t imagine how long these took! Top shelf posing/composition/aesthetics! Gonna go back and stare some more at this action packed neon goodness...

Yes sir. The standard release has 10 tracks. Just the songs. Track 3 is the only exception being the death of Prime music. The 20th annivesary has 14 tracks. Track 11 is the Unicron Medley, 12 is the music you hear when Ironhide drives to the shuttle, and 13 is the battle at Autobot City/Prime knocking Megatron off the platform. Track 14 is a Stan Bush remix, although I give it a miss.

The 20th anniversary edition is totally worth the money for addition of the the battle music and highlights Vince’s talent.

I have the DiCola score so I don't necessarily need those extra tracks, unless the anniversary release was remastered...?

Nice! These titles remind me of the way they introduced episodes in Rocky and Bullwinkle.
