The one story that came out about it said it would have the previous issues fixed. I'm just waiting to see a final price on him!

Awesome first choice! I love the Soundwave mold, and that deco is just a ton of fun! Welcome to the money pit of MP collecting!

    Yeah me too.
The only thing that held me from buying this guy is his qc issues.
Knowing Hasbro won't fix anything anyways, so it's a no buy for me.
Bought PotP Rodimus just to fill the spot for now.

YES! Thank you! I have all of the Titan releases so far except for Devastator, and I would much prefer the UW version - this is awesome news!

My first passion is collecting Expert level Lego sets. I'm well acquainted with money pits, I mean my next bing transforming robot purchase is going to be Lego Voltron.

    Dinobot is looking awesome.

    Always tempted by him.

He didn't design the first, but it was a dream project for him (and his emotional investment shows).
As for the head gimmick. He is not a Headmaster. He is a Brainmaster.
The MP head gimmick is accurate to the original toy. The "brain" transformer enters the large transtector body through the chest and becomes the face.
There are 3 more Brainmasters that turn into cars and combine to create Road Caesar.

Did Tracks get a reissue that fixed the knee joints and chest tabbing? My original I got on initial release has some floppy knee joints and the chest doesn’t tab in secure. Roadrage does not have these problems. I picked up a second Tracks recently and he has solid knee joints and chest tabs in securely like Roadrage. It makes the figure much more enjoyable. 194AECAA-73CB-44FF-90DE-83C92A643FE2.jpeg 6C32CD1D-99CF-4B6F-8DBC-30F525DD2030.jpeg F2CB017A-DF74-476D-A7A7-9C068807B49D.jpeg 638F7DEC-EED2-4D91-A482-7319290381E9.jpeg B031D8F4-660E-492E-8A65-889531E6162D.jpeg

Interesting, the passion really shines through in Hisashi Yuki's work, don't know where I read that he designed the original but according to TFWiki, he's apparently responsible for RID Optimus, Big Convoy, Lio Convoy and Mp-5 Megatron and Universe Galvatron. A bit of a mixed resume, but for the Convoys alone he's gotta be one of the best. As for the brainmaster v. headmaster thing (I forget terminology constantly, especially with the older G1 stuff), I only meant I would have liked the little brain transformer to transform instead of being a just a little dude, much like the original toy, but the gimmick they used is cool and likely an homage to the show...which I've never seen. I have been meaning to catch up on my G1 and all its later Japanese-exclusive spin-offs, but they're entirely absent from the streaming services I have.

Hey there, I’m debating getting Road Rage. How good is she, considering the lack of problems compared to Tracks? It really looks like fun.

Road Rage is an awesome figure. She doesn't fix all of the mold issues that Tracks had, but is well worth the purchase!

Interesting, I wasn't aware of any reissue of Tracks but mine has excellent QC, tabs in well. It was a post release purchase from HLJ.

Roadrage is a great figure. she is solid and made me appreciate the mold more than my original Tracks.

My recently purchased Tracks has very little play between knee ratchets but my original has a lot of play between ratchets giving him floppy knees. Having them side by side in hand the original feels like a KO.

Wow. With some peoples MP-25 comments being so different to my experience I do wonder if there was a lot of QC variation with Tracks.
